@@mahimanoomahimanoo1173 just wait for abt 30 min. This happens because of 100% disk usage glitch in windows 8 and sometimes in windows 10. After it boots to home screen just try to upgrade the os to latest version. Hope this helps you bruh
THANK YOU! You just saved me some time and money to get it repaired! It was probably a problematic Windows update. My Dell Precision 7520 NIVIDIA Quadro m1200 4GB laptop was able to install most of the updates after force rebooting it a second time, since I thought it would get stuck again, and it finally updated, except for the one that got stuck on 20% loading which may have caused a problem and ended up getting stuck. I probably won't install the last one until a better update from Windows comes along. It was a cumilitive update.

I turned off my computer and when it restarted it said something different: “working on updates, 35% complete”. Looks like I didn’t break my computer and it’ll just take some time.
If you have a laptop just hold the power button down until it shuts down (i.e. screen shuts off) then wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on and within a couple minutes it will say 100% complete do not turn off computer blah blah blah....just sit there and wait and it will shut itself down then restart and update will be complete!!!!

Actualy, I already knew this method I search to see if i could find a solution to fix the source of the problem, it works but everytime i hit restart instead of shut down that problem will come again
I turned off the laptop and restarted it again as you mentioned but it again shows the same screen saying "we couldnt complete the changes,undoing do not turn off the computer"

This may have worked for the updates, but it corrupted the files in my laptop in the process. I was able to fix them yesterday morning with SFC, but I can't seem to figure out what's going on with it now or with the Windows updater cause I get errors everytime I try to update again, and I'm already having difficulties with the troubershooters cause they can't find the problem, and I've tried running DISM and SFC twice, and SFC didn't find anything and everytime I run DISM, it says an error and says it can't find the file. Now my problem has been made worse. Now instead of saving money, I now have to take it to a repair shop.
If my files are corrupted by trying this I am going to light my laptop on fire

Create a USB recovery drive from another PC and used in the PC to reset your computer

The best solution is to just wait until it's completely done with the updates. Don't risk getting your computer broken coz you're too impatient.

I was getting the same prblm : what I do is I power off the pc three times after which it will open something called environment.... I go into the advanced option from there i click on resetting windows then when i my window was reinstalled i powered off the cpu in between then i restart the cpu then i saw the now occuring prblm on you tube which directed me to press ctrl +alt+ delete key to restart the pc while restarting press the delete key to open the bios .Go to the boot section and select your bootable device where you windows is present then press f10 and the prblm will be solved

@@EasyTechGeek and my pc started to showing percentage like 16% complete or 17% complete even I haven't put it on updates , I just clicked on reset network and after 5 minutes it automatically sets to restart and got stuck displaying the msg "getting windows ready, don't turn off your pc" and then after about half an hour , when ur video ended it is displaying "working on upadtes , 30% complete , don't turn off ur computer" , and when I finished writing this comment , it displays "restarting" and then after about 1 or 2 minutes it jumps on lock screen , now let's see if it gets restarted or not 🤔 I am worried 😟
Now from lock screen again it jumps to same screen and displays the msg "working on updates, 100% complete, don't turn off your computer" and got stuck 😟
Restarted after 5 minutes , thank god 🙏🏻

Ye but i am scared bcz last time it said to update and shut down and when i power up the laptop it is stuck and i am scared if it can harm my computer pls tell me if its safe and not will damage any update missing file bcz my old laptop died bcz of it
Edit : omg when i was typing it is fixed and now stuck at shutting down and it did now lets start it worked but i used none of the steps

when i press the power button , it restarted , when restarting screen disappeared, another screen appeared that said , cleaning at that point i almost got an heart attack that its clearing all data, but hopefully nothing was cleaned

When it comes to normal then Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
There's a risk of corrupting your drive if you do this frequently
