@ honestly that was my first “cruiser” I’ve ever ridden. I’m usually on a sport bike but it was very comfortable and the power was accessible in all gears. But I love the looks of the bobber so much! See you on the streets if you’re in Green Cove lol
Ya it’s much more covered for sure. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it was similar down under. I’m sure someone will take the covers off and expose the metal
Thanks for the review! You did a great job. I was already decided to get the ‘25 scout bobber until I saw your video on the sport scout. Now I am not sure anymore. Unfortunately the local dealer here in Mexico does not have the sport scout so I can compare both. Which one would you recommend? I am a fairly beginner rider.
They handle and feel almost the same. The sport is more comfortable in general. I would say as far as packages let your budget decide as are the same on both bikes
Hay can that display, be put on 2021 bobber? I know I'd have to put the fuel tank sencer In the tank. O I have the analog tack, didnt like the digital tack.
It’s a small cruiser not a bagger that just wouldn’t make sense. And this thing gets 40 miles to the gallon. You can really get 150 mile actual range. That’s really more than enough.
@@NostalgicMotorcycles Both Indian & Harley Baggers come with 6-gal Tanks; i dont like Baggers bcuz too bulky. Would be nice if there was a 5-gal Tank on any of the Indian motorcycles.
There is a reason baggers have 6 gallon tanks. 1 fuel economy is a lot worse on the bigger bikes. And they are literally meant to go as far as possible for long distance travel. That’s not the purpose of the scout. But. A small bag with a gallon of extra fuel gets you your 5 gallons if it’s that serious lol. A scout with a 5 gallon tank is like a Prius with a 30 gallon tank of a truck. Sounds good on paper because big number but it’s not practical.
How would compare the new Bobber to the Sportster S and the 101? I like the bobber style and the looks of the Sportster S, I don't like 2 in of travel in the rear suspension, although that can be upgraded. The 101 seems to take the cake for the ride experience if not the looks/styling.
If it’s a limited plus tech same thoughts as the 101. Better riding than the sportster s but slower. And not being the 101 is slower than that. I still think it(25scout bobber) rides better than the sportster s but 101 rides best
Just out of curiosity, and I don't think you've covered it yet, have you thought about doing a video on the HD Nightster? I've seen different channels with some old school HD guys that say they are great. I personally have never ridden one.
I havnt either. I know the engine but honestly cant say as I havnt ridden one. Should close to this bike in power handling and comfort. I will get one though not sure when.
@ Yeah I’ve looked at them and they are a huge improvement. I think I’m just impatient. They have not been out long so aftermarket parts are pretty much nowhere to be seen. I drool over those Freedom Force ones for the previous model. This newer model is deffo an overall improvement. Very impressed.
Honest reason. It’s Florida and it’s hot. Wearing even perforated leather gloves leaves my hands hot and sweaty to the point of raisin fingers. I honestly don’t enjoy riding when I’m personally that hot.
I need to learn how to ride!! I want to reward myself after i complete my prolonged fasting period. Im over 370lbs now and want to get down to 180 - 190lbs. I should be abojt to go without food for 300+ days if i dont exercise during the fast. If i do calisthenics and/or stationary bike, it will probably be less but will likely be beneficial for my limited muscles😂
Best of luck on your journey my friend. I am glad this can be a form of motivation for you. I can say exercising is much more beneficial than fasting and a lot faster as well. Anything moving you in the right direction is going to work thought as long as there is consistency. Again best of luck on that journey.
Any review coming on the Springfield? Seems to be a few on the dark horse, but I'm only interested in that gorgeous vintage Springfield..... and i usually hate chrome.... a they're dint a red and cream 2 tone as a color option for 2025 and all I can say is SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
@@NostalgicMotorcyclesI'll be watching. I'd live to rest ride the classic and dark horse back to back to see how much difference there is between the 111 and 116.
@@NostalgicMotorcyclesThanks for taking the time to reply brother! I kind of thought that, it's not even 100cc.... It's really coming down to this SP and chief bobber dark horse for me. I've got all winter to torture myself over it😂
Oof Springfield is more usable to tour but the chief is more fun to ride. Really comes down to how you’re going to use it. Springfield for highway long miles. Chief for twisties and shorter trips.
@@NostalgicMotorcycles It's not just too many buttons i guess, it's ergonomically ugly too, the housing and buttons... actually nevermind, the old ones were like that too... so it's always been ugly. Eg. the left one there's so much space and only 2 buttons at the botton with all that empty space.
I’m gonna get mine next month, can’t wait ! It’ll be my first bike
Dude ride safe always but that’s a fun first bike ! Take it easy as it’s fast but perfectly easy to handle
@@NostalgicMotorcyclesI got it!!!
Nice !!
I just test rode the 101 scout last week with Big Dave! Amazing salesman and great video. I’m really looking to getting a bobber soon
Hey that’s awesome ! That’s probably the one in the video haha. How did you like the 101 ?

Heck ya man. See you around. ! I’m in the area from time to time
Thumbnail looks like Islam Makhachev with a bike 😂
🤔🤔 not sure who that is
@NostalgicMotorcycles UFC champ @lightweight, I think. Not an insult, Makhachev is a unit and a good dude.
🤔🤔 I’ll look him up I guess I don’t really watch a lot of tv to be honest.
Love the Scout but prefer the engine design pre this model. I think this one looks more plastic than a solid engine but a great bike to ride.

Probably not. With enough time and money you can make anything work but it’s not plug and play.
if only the any of the Scout variations had a bigger Fuel Tank Capacity. Wish i was at least 4.5gal.

Very cool bike. Lobe to own one of those beauties one day. Unfortunately a little pricy in Europe. Greetings from Austria!
Yes yes I understand. Dam export taxes.
Debating on this versus a Triumph Bonneville Bobber! Haven't ridden either yet, so we shall see!
Honeslty haven’t ridden a bonneville ! That’s in my list for sure !

My only issue with it is the exhaust
