since i started watching dr. pal, i started consuming 0 junk food and its been 5 months since i had a cheat day, Also i switched my diet from 10g fibre per day to 50 g fibre per day and lots of probiotics, im 16 and dr. pal literally saved my future by giving me alot of knowledge,now my gut is going to happy the rest of my life and i literally quitted junk food and processed foods.
Thank u Dr. I have changed lot of my eating habits.... started intermittent fasting seen lot of difference... I have reduced packed and processed food for above 70 %- 80% when compared before trying to avoid to the maximum... Now a days started to read food labels in packs which helps me to stay away from them..... Seen ur interview in traya health so happy i am in right track because whenever i saw food labels amma used to ur madness is hitting it's peak as all amma will do.....😂😂

Thank you Dr and just followed your tips , it has shown tremendous results. As you said the first 3 weeks didn't show any weight loss but it started improving my sleep. I generally go to bed late then again my actual sleep also gets delayed but with this reduced eating window I get sleep immediately. Now I reduced from 66 kg to 58. But most importantly it helped on 2 things , 1. I always feel pain on my foot when I wake up but that started to improve and now it's gone almost. 2. Saving money with zero restaurant spending for dinner 😄. Thank you again!

Can you show a review of Chipotle as well ? Take the help of Saravana Kumar & don't ever reveal his face. It's always good to have a tad of suspense & mystery .
Juice has NO fibre and fructose damages the liver. Dr Lustig has good podcasts on Sugar and juice. The salad had more fruit and then juice on top of that! Diabetic nightmare and will definitely raise insulin levels too.
Dr. Pal, pls do Mylapore veg restaurant Pleasanton next, and please let me know when you go so my family can come see you too briefly for 10 seconds. I love salads too. The mini idli dipped in sambhar here is heaven. I order only that every day, but everything else here is good too. (I know because I taste my daughter's plate). At home, Baked veggies with fresh avocado and some berries or pomegranate thrown in with beetroot raitha is heaven for me.

Fermented dosa or idly or appam is well cooked and no longer bacteria would survive in the food and how can it be helpful for healthy gut other than it that makes digestion better. ? Fermented rice( palaiya soru), fermented porridge overnight, Sauerkraut, kefir are not cooked after fermentation and they have live bacteria in it for a healthy gut as a probiotics. Dr pal.. how far it is good to have fruit juice that too watermelon juice right after having protein rich food . Also i question can we mix fruits and vegetables together for salad??
