Had an opportunity to listen to Dr. Pal’s stand up comedy.. where Priya also gad done a small stand up comedy .. it was really good to see how she supported Dr.pal. She’s really his pillar of strength. No Doubt in that… !!!!
It’s actually wrong. There’s protein in ulundu (urad dal). Also if you have with sambar, there’s more protein. Idli/dosa with sambar and chutney is a balanced and perfect breakfast, which is good for tummy also because it is fermented. Traditional habits are sustainable both for us and environment in the long run.
First of all dosa and idly is not a traditional food sister. And yes dosa and idly is good for our tummy...But who's told you that fermented foods are always good to our stomach.its not like that.

Urad dal in idli dosa has very less protein quantity....better we can take moong dal or any protein dosa it has good amount of protein.idli dosa has more carbohydrates.its based on preference. Yes it has protein but not adequate amount which human body needs a day....if we make watery sambar .based on our cooking .
