I used to drink alcohol, eat outside unhealthy food, red meat regularly and less vegetables in meal but from past 2months after watching ur videos I totally changed my lifestyle and food menu also. I left alcohol and unhealthy foods. I take my dinner before 8 pm and sleep 10 pm. Thank you so much Dr sir for your information.❤❤❤❤❤ Edited- I was 80 kg then now I am 57 kg 🫡😄 has lots of energy

Thank you for your work. I changed to fruits and salads as my breakfast. Veggies in the lunch and complete dinner before 7. It has become a habit for entire family of 5 for 5 working days including my school going kid. Sat and sun 2 meal 11am and 6 pm.

Sir🙏 According to ayurveda a ghee prepared using fermented curd then into butter milk,while processing the butter what we obtain is good. But the direct method the cream directly churned and the butter obtained and made into ghee increases cholesterol. What traditionally we Indian's prepare, the ghee obtained if taken internally in certain amount is very good for digestion, It's nutritious and ojovardhaka. Increases skin complexion. First Daal rice with ghee we have to eat. The reason is it increases appetite by increasing agni that is digestive fire.During panchakarma specially during Vaman,Virechana(Therapeutic emesis and purgation) we induce lot of medicated ghee as per patients prakriti and condition. In many patients till they complete this line of treatment they loose considerable amount weight. If ghee increases weight then even after Introducing about average 200ml medicated ghee in 3 to 4 days after the this treatment patient has to put on weight. Instead many of them loose weight. Hi sir I am a big fan of yours... My son has been diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) at 2 yrs 4 months and now goin for OT and Speech therapies... In general they say these children will have gut issue and it's good to follow GFCF diet and also to use Nemechek diet protocol (olive oil, inulin, fish oil). Please do a detailed video on this gut issue in ASD kids and what diet to follow for their betterment and also some suggestions on good foods to include in their diet... I hope to see a good and helpful video for myself and many parents like me who wants guidance in this regard... Thank u soo much in advance

So that will not create Gastric while you fast . Currently i decided I want start fasting but only having fruits to avoid gastric . I have no knowledge on this . Also request you to talk about maintaining the time restricted eating when heavily jetlagged (USA specially pacific time to IST. It is brutal) Also, it is not really easy to follow IF when in India with lot of temptations and mostly we are not in charge of the kitchen. I am Ramakrishnan from Chennai, I use to be fond of non veg but now my paati's dishes are making memories cause I miss those dishes, like Applam vetha kolambu, Mani kolakatta, arici upma, moor Kali and the list is huge, she lived till 92 and my grand pa 97, but am not sure whether will I make 70, Now I feel there is a reason why they were so close to make Century as a pair 😢
