Research presented this week immediately drew doubt and critiques from experts by suggesting that eating within an eight-hour window or less was significantly associated with a 91% increased risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, when compared with eating over a 12- to 16-hour period.
An abstract of the preliminary research, which is not yet peer reviewed or published, was presented Monday in Chicago at a conference of the American Heart.

Start with a fiber rich salad , then eat other food there will Bo no cravings for sweets. I was always eating balanced diet on a 1700 calorie diet and have remained the same weight for 25 years but did not have much muscle mass even with 20% protein and good workout routines . Just increased my calories and protein slowly , now nicely toning up and still lean. So I think eating healthy is more important than counting calories unless you want to reduce. He suggested if possible then, move from night shifts to day shift to maintain circadian rhythm. But if someone really needs to work in the night then he suggested to take more fibre in your dinner which is around 7.30 - 8 PM. Because fibre keeps your gut full and it can help you avoid any kind of cravings in the late night.

    Hi Dr.Pal
Your videos are very assuring( as you are a certified doctor)as it can be shared with family members who assume we might get ulcers in long periods of fasting.
But contradictory to what has been talked about intermittent fasting there is recent news saying there is an increased 91% risk of heart disease for people who follow intermittent fasting based on the recent study.
It would be very insightful if you could talk about the study and the confusion caused because of the same.

So, it is universal, feed ppl, and get them addicted. Though I appreciate this video, I think I have come to the conclusion that free food is what makes us unhealthy.

    Hi sir...
This is a request to post a video on this topic...
I was diagnosed with Anal fistula when I was just 14 years old (back in 2020)... I was not even aware of such a health issue... I mostly eat healthy and nutritious food and have avoided junk food and other unhealthy foods since childhood and my parents were very conscious about the same... But I don't know why I got this health issue? I had undergone an operation and I was in complete rest for nearly 3.5 months; I restrained myself from eating even food made of rice to make sure that I did not suffer from bleeding... I lost nearly 10 kilograms of my weight and was very weak both physically, physiologically and mentally... The pain I suffered was unexplainable and I fell down unconscious in my toilet because of unbearable pain...
So, please post a video on this topic, so that not only me but others too get awareness on the above-said matter...
    Thank you sir...
