You hit it on the head: If you think you've made changes to yourself but you're still not "there" yet, then you have more changes to make!
I'd add that those moments when we're most tense and afraid are the moments right before a tremendous breakthrough or removal of a block, at least that's been my experience.

Good advice! I have absolutely started doing exactly what you said. Asking and watching friends and relatives who are in relationships or married and asking girlfriends who are good at flirting. I realized one girlfriend who just wants boy toys that no matter how her advice comes out its always from the point of view of what she is looking for. And it's not what I want. Soooo I had to break away from her a bit because she makes a habit of trying to tell you what to do even if you don't ask smdh. But back to the positive. I can see where I'm getting better at talking to men. I was in a rut for quite a few years because of severe arthritis and other circumstances in my life over the past few years that really lowered my self esteem. I've had to accept that some won't likely change and am changing the things I can. Thank you for giving me the conformation that I am moving in the right direction.

A word of advice: Your subscribers who do already have a growth mindset, and have gravitated towards you because they resonate with what you have to say already know what you say in your videos as truth. Please don't start feeling like you need to waste energy (as you said in your intro) on trying to change the minds of others, and instead keep on speaking your truth. 👍😊❤
