    I loved the effort you put in, and a topic that needs addressing at club level.
    By the way .. you might want to use a wearable microphone .. your commentary was not audible when you were hitting.

      Hemen Oza thanks for input Hemen! Yes the Mic is on the “wish list” as I has one but was only mono and stereo ones are super expensive - if you know of a good and affordable one let me know :-) thanks and have a nice day. Jan

    Great, can these exercises be done by self feeding (without a ball machine or a person feeding you balls)?

      Chris Constable Hi Chris, yes of course- if you dont have machine ask a friend and you can feed each other - these drills are super simple but its really about doing it until you will feel super comfortable hitting that area over and over again!       Chris - you can also self feed yes but then you deal with a different speed of the ball - its good for the feel but in a match after you will have to adjust! I recommend best is ball machine - I got my one pretty cheap and Its the best thing I bought in years! Can train anytime and its really great as you can adjust speed of the ball too even with a basic model! Really best for self training!
