Great instructions. Thank you.
Hope it helps a lot! 🙏🎾
Love your lesson! Can’t wait to work on my toss-which is always going behind me!! Can I come take lessons with you??
Hi Roberta, sure, but im now in Barcelona temporarily, where are you based? Hope the info in video session can help a bit..thx Jan
Super great explanation. How experiment on purpose the toss until you find the right place to put the ball ?
Hi Olaf - thats a great topic for next video lesson!! Will do that..🎾🙏
Very encouraging. Excellent analysis. Thank You.
Thanks! Hope it can help! 🙏🏻
Wish I could come train with you! Thanks Jan for another great session!
Im in Italy now, lot of players come to train with me feel free to come :-) Thanks Jan
@@tennisfitapp I will send you a private message. I love Italy 😊, I would not mind to come to train there with you... Talk to you soon!
Tilopa Love sounds good. PM me. Thanks
Great, but you don't seem to concentrate on the continental grip. Have you any tips for somebody who is trying to change from the forehand grip on the service, but finds the change very difficult?
Good point Chris, I use always continental grip...sure...this change is tough I know, but it is possible, you go step by step towards the continental as you can't do whole change at once..you have to go slowly slowly as you gonna be getting used to a new grip...Sometimes I tape hand of my players to a grip in a new "closer to continental grip" position and they have to get used to it....I don't think there is another work around, (but probably some other techniques by other coaches for sure :-) )...the one I use with a tape works, but takes time as this change is very particular...let me know how you get on if you try it...and I will think about other solutions too...also once you will have a continental grip you have to add "pronation"...as you probably don't have it right now with the forehand grip?
Very valuable lesson
Hope it helps Manju - feel free to check out my Free Serve Masterclass >> tennisfitapp.com/serve-masterclass-plb-tennis-method/
Excellent, thank you.
You are welcome!
Great, nicely explained
Let me know if its gonna work for you once you train ;-)
helpful thanks
Very welcome!
I saw a video once which says flat serves can give topspin can you explain how that works I know they said it had to do with when the ball impacts the strings??
Hi. Great input! Again this depends at what level player plays! Most pros first serve has a bit of spin - otherwise they would be all hitting all into the fence with that power- but again its all about the “racket angle” on the contact point! I might do a video about this but basically yes its possible!
Nice presentation!!!!! Help me a lot !!!
Glad to hear this..keep up training!
Are your foot faults intentional?
This is not a match but technique demonstration! 🤣😊💪
@@tennisfitapp Then why don't you stand on the service line or in a football field etc. If you are showing a technique and its outcome, then do it properly. Just my feedback, you can choose to ignore it.
Superb
Thanks, hope it can help! Jan
Nice!!
Thanks!
So I hit them in practice but when I play even a friendly doubles with my peers they go very long...it is almost like a totally different swing.
Hi David, it does happen, how often do you play matches? Normally this is due to playing not enough matches so then body is "more tight" and does not produce the same results as in the practice when we are "more relaxed"...let me know and thanks for valuable input! Jan
@@tennisfitapp thanks so much for the awesome feedback. Yes, i think my game time play has been very light since coming back to tennis after a 20 plus year absence. Also, I play with people who are highly critical...I can hit three services winners and one double fault in a game and they emphasize no double faults. Also. I used an app to view my swing and it appears I have a bit of a waiters serve or at least an open face at the top which would make sense of when I am a bit nervous they go long...that is a bugger to fix though....
@@davidquinn6776 which app for the serve motion?
@@goharfareed8519 I use Coaches Eye…unfortunately it is being discontinued…it was great, especially slow motion.
Great again !! Thank you !!
More than welcome Daniel!
like to see the beginning of video, very interesting.hah
Hope it will help 🙏
But what am I suppose to do when I can't even toss the ball right?
Hey, this might be helpful ruclips.net/video/X6WlpMAg-HY/видео.html
Thank you 🙂
@@hrisi98 Hope it will help, the ball toss at the end is all about training and repetition...:-)

I can hit a serve over 100 yards.
Wow...:-) hope the video can help ! Jan
@@tennisfitapp Thank you, but it's actually a technique similar to long toss in baseball. In baseball, long toss strengthens the arm so that when one throws off the mound the power developed from throwing long is now more mph on the fastball. I just apply this logic to tennis whereby the power is now directed into a tennis serve.
Jokes on you, I don’t have to fake hitting the ball long :)
;-)
Spirit Fingers!!!
🙏🎾
Doesn't matter if you foot fault every serve xD. Appreciate the video though.
hey, Im on the line, not crossing the line, but from this angle it looks like :D :-D,...you are right anyway in the match Im more behind, this is just demonstration ;-)
Foot fault.
From that angle it looks like yes :-D but its for training purpose anyways ;-).. hope session helps thanks. Jan
Foot facial
Foot Faults.
😂 I know. Went over a bit from this angle of camera ;-) thanks god not happening in matches.
you're cute...are you single?
dropshot118 ha ha ha 😂😂🎾🙏 married...thanks for asking
@@tennisfitapphaha of course ;-)
That's totally me :)
Hope it helps! 👍
