- Don't let the no equipment workout fool you! This 30 minute lower body HIIT workout will have you struggling to walk for the next couple of days.
Follow along for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest between sets. Try to get through every set with as little rest as possible - you got this!

This was my first HIIT workout i workout at home and im on a split but boy was this something serious! This will def be my go to from now on! My legs are on FIRE! And i made it all the way through! Big proud of myself!

I dreaded lower body excercises when I just started bc waking up in the middle of night to go sit to pee was a real challenge. Goes to show perseverance helps bc I really enjoyed doing this one. Love fm zambia Dan!

Wow, this was a great one again, thank you so much!!! 🤩 And you show me every time that workouts can be intense and effective even with less jumps!!! 💯🔥 I always fear that ist´s "not enough" if I don´t jump and keep my heartrate super high all the time 😱 - but I am slowly learning that this is nonsense, as these slow and controlled exercises feel much more effective than jumping around like crazy and not paying attention to the whole range of movement. 😬 And this one was good or my injured knees as well! 😉
Did it yesterday and - no muscle soreness so far! 😜 Nevertheless, I am also looking forward to new full body HIIT workouts from you 🤗 - because I don´t want to abstain from them completely!!! 😬😜
