Sa akin ligtas,kasi 8 years ako ay onaglalagay na sko sa ilong, dala dala ko vicks sa school,at pahid ng pahid ako sa schoo. 76 years old na ako at ginagamit ko pa rin, pero super healthy po ako. Kaya nga talking thru experience. Praise GOD

Guilty po ako inaamin na naglalagay ako ng vicks sa ilong pa ako'y inuubo I feel good I sleep good the whole night without constant coughing that keeps me awake if not using it. Grandparents my parents and us siblings we all use it but not all of us put it in the nose. My father died at 85 but mother 95 yrs old and me I'm 76yrs and still walked 10 blocks blocks thrice a week and rest of the week just walking in the yard and dancing in the house thankful to God my health. No skipping ads always love always your antic's. Stay safe. God bless

Thanks Doc Gary. Only now I came to know the precaution in VVR. I am now retired, beyond my senior, still using VVR learned from my grandmother. Lucky to be free from those "damaging" effect of using VVR the wrong way. Still today, I still apply it around my nose to breath freely.
