Im about to get a cone biopsy due to a high grade endocervical glandular lession, however i have had persistent abnormal cells on the outside as well for 2 years, i am worried this will miss that if its only endocervical. Do u know if this detects the squamous type / any of outside as well???
@@HealWithSamantha do u knw anything abt this procedure messing up with ur menstrual cycle increasing its duration and being more painful? Is it normal?
Hi Samantha! Thank you so much for the video. I’m about to see my OB tom. and have not found out what treatment she’s gonna for my abnormal cells. But just in case this will be it, at least I have knowledge of what to expect. How are you now? Hope all is better with you now. Thanks again for the video.
I’m having mine on Feb 2, 2024🙏🏼Thanx for sharing, I had a leep procedure done back in 2019, but since my pap smear shows abnormal cell, doctor now recommended this procedure, a little bit nervous, but always praying to God, and being positive🙏🏼🙏🏼
Had this done today and hope the results come back good on the leftover of my cervix I have a 4 month old and I have to remember to rest and not do too much so I heal this is definitely scary but so far on day one it’s just like period cramping when it hurts and just sore when it’s not hurting best of luck to any of you that need to get this done
Just had my cold knife cone biopsy done yesterday. I decided not to look up anything about the procedure outside of the resources my doctor gave me because I didn't want to freak myself out beforehand. The procedure also went well for me. I was so thankful that all of the staff was always making sure I was comfortable and informed. I'm also so thankful that it was caught early on, although my colposcopy results came back with high-grade lesion. I'm hopeful for biopsy results like yours! Thank you for sharing this story!
My doctor and I just decided on tuesday that this will be the procedure we are going to do for me. I have already had many abnormal paps and colposcopies (spelling?) I also had a leep last year and the pap check up came back abnormal. I'm scared for this procedure but also relieved that we are trying something other than the leep. The leep was by far the worst most horrifying thing i have ever been through. I am looking forward to being put under for this one. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Have you tried LDN (low dose naltrexone)? It can help you clear HPV. But the diet may do it for you as well. I did Dr. G's protocol, and now my lupus antibodies are gone. I am also negative for ANA! No clinical/laboratory evidence of lupus now. Keep going!
Thanks for this video. Im going to have this cone biopsy this coming friday, im really scared. I have never done any kind of operation. This is my first time ever. Wish me luck.
Gosh girl, thank you for the app recommendation! That’s going to help so much. I’m glad everything went well, I wish good for you. I wanna give you a big hug! 🙁❤️

Also when at school they ask her why she was not there and she told them she has Lupus, they are backing up fro her like if she was contagious. ...now she does not say anything a more, she is sweet and shy and have no friends anymore. Does anyone know if a cone biopsy will pick up Squamaous type. I am getting a cone biopsy. I have seen really shit people for years and alot of wrong smear tests but is still showing CIN 1 on punch biopsies as well as high grade glandular lesion now as well on a smear. So likely glandular is the problem but does this skip over the outside/ below these punch biopsies on the outside of the cervix that could be a little deeper, e.g cin2 cin3 or Squamaous / mixed cancers as well. I know high grade doesn't mean cancer, the point of biopsy. Wanting to make sure nothing is missed? I'm so confused.
