Dead Man is such an underrated, cinematically beautiful movie, I know a lot of people aren’t keen on B&W movies but in this case it just added to the atmosphere x10. Everything about it from the historical factors to the dialogue to the brilliant acting in my opinion makes it a masterpiece, certainly my personal favourite performance from Johnny Depp.
Especially since we have seen some real losers win an Oscar ... JD has had so many unique roles and is truly enjoyable watching every role ...time for him to jump to the head of the line.
Yes, all those are great. I still love from hell, secret window, benny and joon, Don Juan Demarco and once upon a time in Mexico. But sleepy hollow is my favorite, along with a couple others in that to 10. Johnny we love you!!

I saw Johnny many years ago in Chocolat It was a poignant and beautiful story He seems to be able to take on many personalities and characters.
Blow, Pirates, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Platoon....the best of the best. The rest are just the best 😁 One of the greatest actors ever and I don't care what others have to say 🤗

Chocolat and Don Juan Demarco are two of my favorites that I think are in the top 10. Hollywood hasn't figured out that if JD is nominated, they would have a huge audience on Oscar night.
