I'm in the middle of 9 exercise resistance circuits Today I had cereal Tacos I make Pasta dish This evening I'll have fish I do 2 cardio sessions and a workout session My goal is to build muscle my goal is to look similar to zelina vega I've had a couple of enhancements on my chest already and I'm 136ibs I'm 5ft 5 You look well hun loved your video you've given me some ideas so far .. I get bored with food easily Omg I'd finish that entire jar of Nutella with a spoon I'm awful.. I see Nutella in the store and I'm like not today Satan lol
