I made these two days ago and they were fantastic currently doing a bone-in ham pulled and adding the sauce you made for your pork on this video thank you
Really like both your channels Neal. Definitely going to make those kind of potatoes. Looks very delicious. I like pulled pork and l also like it with Carne asada. Great recipe Neal. Have great day.👍
Been thinking about purchasing a pellet smoker found your channel through Flat Top King channel (subscribed and enjoy). Looking forward to all the videos and educating with them
I just found your channel. I’m loving everything I see. Great ideas. Keep up the good work.🍻. Oh and I did see your review on the Lonestar pellet smoker. Excellent unfortunately you made me buy one. Thanks.😂
hahahaha I dont think you will be disappointed....i honestly love mine...especially all the things that come with it...open flame..fireboard, charcoal basket..etc..
Dang, I need to try this! I've always been a fan of "baking" my potatoes either on the grill or the smoker. But it's ridiculous to add pulled pork Neal :) My doctor is going to hate you, as is my belly haha! Oh and note to self... if you decide to grill your potatoes, poke em' and poke em' good. I had one explode on me a couple years ago. I had about 10th left of it left.
That's an awesome TATER you fixed up Neil. Looked so good and sounded good according to the taste tester there. Amy puts the final touches on each of your recipes and she don't lie. Thanks for sharing , Fred.
Congratulations to you, Amy, and the girls for this new channel. 👏👏 This ought to prove to be another wonderful journey. Will we perhaps see Al Pastor in the near future?
Thank you so much! I would love to....thats whats missing something is the correct equipment....al pastor was great on the griddle...but really needs that fire..
If you don't already have them, invest in silicone matts so you can cold smoke cheese, salmon (lox), and veggies. Love the spatchcocking method as well as brining on birds. Great launch on the new channel!! @@PelletsandPits
Oh wow! Two of my favorite things - loaded baked potatoes and smoked pork butt! I like the bone-in so I can say, "Watch this!" and pull it out totally clean, but at that price, I'd take the boneless too! Congrats on your debut, but now I gotta binge-watch to get caught up!
Big tip: Foil the drainage! It took me a couple of years to figure out to foil those to make clean-up much easier and to not get flare-ups and flames under the meat. Another modification is to retrofit a petcock valve with a silicone tubing into a tub from the drippings pan. This allows you to do several butts, briskets, etc. without having to pull the tray.,
The perfect loaded potato😮💨😮💨🤤🤤! Next try it with brisket burnt ends. Hit me up about that pimento cheese you had wrapped in bacon. I’m making a triple batch tomorrow.
On this cook I was using b and b championship. Once the thick metal is heated up...its night and day above at staying in range even with the lid opening...etc..
i feel like i have been doing nothing but cooking and eating for months now. i feel bloated and fat. i need a vacation to get away from the kitchen..... 3 NY Strips on the grill. Italian chicken tenderloins. mac n cheese. chicken and yellow rice. grilled sausage. fried egg sandwich. french toast. all in the last 48hrs. and now i want a baked potato............ughhh
Thank you...GBO...will we see Nico...im not a fan of playing him over Joe...bigger problems than just qb...but he will get some time vs Vandy...just how much...

@@BigPeter1313 great idea thanks. I am currently filming smoked Mac and cheese and just cold smoked today.
I’ve been using brisket instead of pulled pork. One of the kids was mad because I made it on a night he wasn’t home, that’s how good these are.
Heck yeah...that whats its all about...
Yes

Neal, What pellets are you using? and what do you think about their ability to maintain a consistent temperature?
On this cook I was using b and b championship. Once the thick metal is heated up...its night and day above at staying in range even with the lid opening...etc..
What size is your cutting board? What type of wood?
The black one or the brown wood one...
Brown one. Thanks
Yum!!!!!!!!
Looks good buddy
Hey look at you...thanks for joining...
oh hell yeah
Yes sir...

First to comment on the new channel!!! Great video!
Heck yeah....👊
Smashing potato with handmixer? You will do it 1 time, and never ever. The consistency will be not good. Too fine.
I agree...You can...but sounds like we prefer the better way...
@@PelletsandPits Ack. A fork or a potato masher.
BUT: The biggest Problem: Which are the best potato for?
Love it... two channels!
