@@rmitchell1, I purchased the 2021 Honda HR-V EX AWD. I got it for less than dealer-cost due to the newly designed 2022 model. Now that I have it, I've realized my willingness to give up the sunroof and all-wheel-drive for a powered driver's seat and a better stereo.
I have hrv 2018 lx very nice car but the AC is not ok. The 2021 lx 9s almost the same they have to change the stereo and install the collision warning etc. Its almost the same with 2018.
I would encourage contacting your local dealership for a test drive and test out the seats and how the vehicle drives. It's really hard to answer any questions about the comfortability because we all have are own preference. Thank you for watching!
Thinking of getting 2020 but 2021 looks to be same as I have tons of cds lol 😆 so small screen but I assume it can do Google maps since I can use my phone? I don't know any other small cars/hatchbacks that are new and have CD players. Sure I can plug in an aux cable with my portable cd player but that's a pain in the ass.
The sport trim will have the bigger screen and apple carplay/android auto. Also thank you for your support and watching, keep me in mind when you're ready to purchase.
@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 I don't know if those are available or not near my small ass population lol but do they have cd players and does this one support Google maps the small screen? Yeah will do
@@retro_wanderluster9962 CD player come standard. The LX doesn't support apple carplay or android auto to use google maps. the next trim level (sport) and above will. You can also download your CDs and other music on to a flash drive and it’s a plug and play from there.
Honda is missing only one important feature. Heating steering wheel at least in areas like Canada and northern part of US. This steering wheel is very cold when outside temp is -20 degrees
So nice to see an actual key. They can keep that keyless stuff.
Thank you for watching!
I have the 2020 model and I love this vehicle !
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video. Does this car have Lane Keep Assist System, collision mitigation braking system or vehicle stability assist?
The LX trim does NOT have the Honda Sensing Features
The EX trim of the Honda HR-V is the most bang-4-the-buck.
Thank you for your support and watching! You do get a lot more standard features for a little more money.
I'd stick with the lx. More basic is more my cup of tea

I'm going to buy one. could you please show me some tips for the first time, please
Does the EX have actual key too? Prefer the safety features. LX doesn’t have much.
nope, the EX trim level has a fob and push button start. Thank you for watching.

Hi crazy Honda Chris how do I turn off the beep when unlocking car?
Would have to check the owners manual since the HRV LX first gens are difficult.
What does the sport mode do? In ECO mode how is fuel efficiency.
Engaging SPORT mode makes the vehicle's throttle more sensitive. Thank you for watching!
Wow love this vid
Thank you for watching. Appreciate your support.
I got it, thanks your video

Where or how do you setup SiriusXM radio?
@elsacepeda3544 not available on the LX trim

Am concerned about how comfortable second row seating is. Is the driver seat uncomfortable?
I would encourage contacting your local dealership for a test drive and test out the seats and how the vehicle drives. It's really hard to answer any questions about the comfortability because we all have are own preference. Thank you for watching!
Hey great review! How about the handling and power?
Thank you! I would encourage scheduling a test drive to better answer this question.

@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 well dammit lol I need to have maps unless I get my old GPS out 🤣 thanks for the info
@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 the higher end ones not seeing cd players in the yt videos hmm 🤔
No temperature gauge for the engine an idiot light instead. How cheap can Honda get?

Heated steering wheel comes standard on selected models and trim level, unfortunately not on the HRV here.

Does the climate control make the cool clunky sound when turning the dials?
I would test drive one to see.
it seems a bit basic for the price point
The LX trim is the entry-level. Thank you for watching.
