Just keep that in mind and teach your worker. Oh, an my Dad got the failure in his early 50s. Passed away at 63. Thoae chemicals are no good. Your worker seems like a good kid. Craig! I had a grey 06 G35 coupe and ordered a new black primered front and rear bumper and my buddy got the paint code and sprayed them. The same exact thing happened the bumpers were way darker than the rest of the car. Either they used a white primer or Xfinity paint codes are off. I've ordered prepainted bumpers and fender flares off Ebay for 20 year old cars and they matched so something funny is up with Xfinitys.

On the silver Dale trailer, they probably lived in that in the winter so that they had the slide outs open in the winner. And so the water probably got in from the slide house. Because the rubber seal didn't hold up the snow when wind and weather routes that the winter brings in.

I got a 06 g35 coupe in 2020 for 3k great daily reliable and fairly quick just finished a 2600 mile roadtrip. It was my middle school dream car so I'm in it for the long haul transmission swap and motor built eventually when they give out

You did a really good job with your detail guy. Really impressive. You almost treated him like he was your kid.

Question for a body and paint man. When polishing a car, is it OK that the pad is so imbalanced. It seems like it would skip and dig.

While Craig was telling Devon the rights/wrongs of painting, I felt Devon was done listening to Craig ramble as soon as he started. Sorta like talking to that neighbor who loves hearing himself speak and who is pro at everything he does but all you reply is “okay…okay…” trying to be polite and yet the neighbor ignores social queues and continues taking about nothing…

The products you use under the hood to shine up the engine bay, don't they stink up the place the first few times the engine gets hot?

Lottsa comments on how you should and shouldn't treat your employees. Craig you 100% are bangon in your expectations of your team members. Praise where praise is due, critique where criticism is warranted and above all acknowledge where your processes fall short of supporting them appropriately. Devon seems like a good one he wants to learn so you are going to need to offer or get him the knowledge he is clearly desperate for. Cheers Craig .... should make a tidy little profit on some relatively small investments. 😊

I have a side auto detailing business, I’ve found Stoner Trim Shine to be the best engine dressing, not greasy and leaves a natural, new looking shine. Tire shine and other silicone based products will mess with electrical connections and attract dust.
