That seller pretty much gave that GMC away for $800. The sales price of $3,100 is really low too for the current car market. The new owner was probably very happy with that price. Where I am even with that sort of mileage something like that would still sell for atleast $7,000.
What an amazing car flip!!! That's so awesome!! I really like how the combination of Oxyclean and bio break really broke down all the grease and grime on the carpet floor. I can't wait for the giveaways to happen as well so I'm keeping an 👀 out. I would love to see more paint corrections as well as headliner restorations. Aside from that, this is a job well done. The car flipping market is so profitable.
I’m sure your interior detailing are your bread and butter but I would love to see both Exterior and interior detail videos. Either way love your videos.
I’d love to see trim restoration and more rebuild restores. Love the disaster details where you show everything , other detailers aren’t showing all the seats getting done . Keep up the great work
Don't believe you bought this car for 800 because it was dirty. If it was a client's car that needed to be cleaned that's fine also no need to say it was a flip though
Man tell me about it, I flip cars and there’s no way he got a mechanical sound terrain for that price , anything on the market above a 2006 isn’t selling for $800 unless it’s some issues 😂
It looks like you've rented a separate garage space to do all your work. Yours is spacious and clean! Should that expense be part of the flip calculation since many of us will be doing this in our carports or home garage spaces.
I disagree with your logic on oil changes, etc: When reselling a high mileage car, buyers are worried about immediate repairs / maintenance. Oil, plugs, filters, even differential and trans fluids are very inexpensive. Having those “checked off the list” are huge for buyers.
It’s amazing how many people don’t bother to clean their cars up when they list them on marketplace. I recently bought and sold and there were so many filthy cars, which wouldn’t have bothered me too much since I love transforming / cleaning things, but they were still asking crazy amounts for them. When it was time to sell mine I detailed it the best I could (I can’t pull seats out, nor did I want to try), but for its age it looked and smelled immaculate! It sold really quickly to the first person who came and looked.
A trade up video or series could be cool. See how far you can go on like 500$ or something. Love the vids very inspiring! I wish you the best in the future and keep up the great work :D
Dude this is the same car that my family has! I just love the quality of the carpets. Even if you just vacuum the carpet, they’ll look brand new. If it’s not that dirty
You can Tell that it's not too Dirty. The Water Removed, wasn't too Dirty. This Car was the Result of a Lazy Family that Ate in the Car, and didn't Remove their Garbage.
Did he get this from a desperate Meth head? From what I see on Facebook marketplace, it’s always people asking way too much, firmly for shitty cars lol This could have really happened, but I feel like most owners would turn down 800 vs 1500 for a running/driving vehicle (especially an suv) in hopes that they could “try” to clean it up to get more for it if that was the only issue… That said, I do love this channel and the dirty-to-clean transformations are very satisfying even if the backstory isn’t 😅👍👍
Thanks bro! I dig on detailing our cars but with getting older (57) and with Scoliosis and Cervical surgery behind me , the bending required is sometimes too much. The exterior is easier for me and I dig on buffing out the exterior of our cars. I have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 and boy does it look and sound great!!!! I really enjoy your video's and look forward to your future vids!
My initial thought was this looks like the lab they built COVID-19 in. You're a brave soul. Outstanding doubling of your money. Gives me some motivation.
One thing I wish I could find more is full ceramic coating details. I know it's probably expensive for customers to get but I love seeing the outside of a car get extremely taken care of. No polish spray but the actual polish pads with the polish cream, the clay barring part, and then full ceramic coating including tires. Haven't seen many of those and the cars are always beautiful and stunning afterwards!
I have a recommendation, consider changing the cabin air filter on these really nasty smelly vehicles. Also, the air ducts! Mequires make a product thats pretty good for air ducts. Its like a bug bomb, you just set it off, leave the car running for about 20 minutes with the ac on "circulate"
Dude, love the forensic level of cleaning. :) Question/request: mind if you make a short video on how to properly clean your alcantara steering wheel? (With out using the steamer or "detailer level equipment") 😊
I was thinking the same. 🤔 I don't know if I would trust that mechanical was taken care of ... what if it needs brakes, suspension, an oil change? Was the engine air filter every changed?
Great video and you asked a question on what we would like to see, and I’m actually interested in learning how to remove or treat deep scratches on interior plastics?
The owner still got a gret deal those are 4500$ at keast here my sister wanted one forever. Nice job 👏 im long time experienced Car guy but i was never good at flipping tried a few times
I have made some profit a few years ago where my family and I buy beat up used cars at the auction we fix it up, detail it, get everything inspected and sell it depending on the car price to make good profit
Man you always do an amazing job. Just curious, where is your Mytee at? It looks like you’re using the Sandia brand. My details have been going pretty good and I’m venturing into the ceramic coating/ paint correction world. I’d like to see your process for a nice one step polish/ceramic coating. Oh and today is the first time I ever gotten a notification for your channel in a minute and I e got it checked for all. I don’t understand why RUclips does that?
A polishing video where there’s a daily driver, maybe doesn’t see much attention, but paint is still in ok shape. I kind of feel like there’s not enough videos to where something light like Chemical Guys Slick Finish( I believe it’s in liquid cleaner wax territory) is used compared to a polish to even a heavy cutting polish, and show what each product would produce for the end user, since clear coats are supposedly getting thinner.
How are you able to do this more than a few times without a dealership license? If I’m constantly titling cars in my name will the dmv start asking questions as they get taken out of my name?
I love this channel but the zoom in gives makes me anxious. It would be great if we could zoom out a bit as if we are seeing what you are seeing and not seeing as a mutant superman eyes. Lol ☺ Thanks
Any suggestion for a cheaper extractor vacuum? I would love to have a $1,900 one in my garage, but I can not afford to buy that, can you suggest something for home use that is not crazy expensive? Thanks.
Just one suggestion that you might not like. Use instrumental music not with vocals at low level in the background. Minimize the beat if you can. Great video. Could you show the name of each product please as you progress. Thanks!
Just a thought I’ve been looking for someone to detail a inexpensive car like a Mirage from Mitsubishi Can’t find anywhere I would think with the price of gas that would be a good flip car.. 😊
these damn things are so cramped inside. my sister in law has one same color and i got in it the first time and i couldn't believe such a big car would be so cramped inside
Im pretty certain that vehicle never knew a vacuum in its life . Goodmorning Stauffer
Morning Shawn!
😂😂😂
$800? No mechanical problems? 🤔 Sounds TOO good to be true.
Seriously sus!
Transmission i bet
Click bait
guaranteed on one of those POS trans and or timing
BS on this one. Theressnowayy
The flips are great! Awesome change of pace. Full builds would be cool too and make it a "continuous watch series"
Noted!
@@StaufferGaragealso ….. we are missing exterior flip 🙏🏻
@@StaufferGarage any evidence that this was a flip? Expecting no response 😂
Love the flips. Would like to see more exterior videos. Paint repairs, polishing and coatings.
I like seeing videos when older model cars are detailed and brought back to life almost looking new in and out.
That seller pretty much gave that GMC away for $800. The sales price of $3,100 is really low too for the current car market. The new owner was probably very happy with that price. Where I am even with that sort of mileage something like that would still sell for atleast $7,000.
lol u have to be an idiot to pay more than 2500 for this hunk of junk let alone 7
Be lucky to get a running beater in my area with that price lol
i like car flipping videos, it's cool to see them with a new life
I would've replaced the carpet since you know how to remove seats great job!!!!!!!!!!

Indeed
sounds like click bait to me....I say take us along next time you buy a flip.
Man tell me about it, I flip cars and there’s no way he got a mechanical sound terrain for that price , anything on the market above a 2006 isn’t selling for $800 unless it’s some issues 😂
Not to mention he’s trying to sell courses to people on how to flip cars when in reality it’s common knowledge
i love the flipping videos, I would also like to see a complete engine detail video. Thanks keep up the good work!
It looks like you've rented a separate garage space to do all your work. Yours is spacious and clean! Should that expense be part of the flip calculation since many of us will be doing this in our carports or home garage spaces.

Thanks for the idea!
i watched another you tuber that started with $400 and turned it into a ferrari. took him 2 years but he did it.
A full trim restoration would be cool.
I have an 02 escape with all the gray plastic that I need to go through.
This is rather a cleaning video than an actual flipping video.
I think you did pretty well. I see that the front seats had the Katzkin logo and I know those aren't cheap when they are installed.
I like your style of flips and detailing, makes higher profit when done right 👍🏽
I appreciate that and totally agree
Excellent videos and content already. Just need more videos!!!
Working on it! Thank you!
All I can say is well done!👍👍

I’d love to see you rebuild salvage cars and flip them for profit
I am defiantly ordering the pet hair remover brush!
Que buen vídeo. Un saludo grande desde Argentina.

Wow. The cleanup is cool. But I wouldn’t sell my worst enemy a GMC Terrain…
Id love to see the exterior detailed too!
Please do more car flip videos😢

Question/request: mind if you make a short video on how to properly clean your alcantara steering wheel? (With out using the steamer or "detailer level equipment") 😊
Get a new microfiber cloth and get it a bit wet. Wipe it
@Willschaefer1 doesnt work when the alcantara is already matted down/hardened.
What you suggest is more of a "maintenance" on weekly basis. :)
Yes but you didn’t specify if you would like more of a need cleaning lemme know
I would love to see you go all out on a full build on a S-10 1st generation truck! I own a 82 longbed.
Wow great video.
It be cool with inside restoration, specially plastic areas. Paint correction would be nice as well!
Great work on this car, I would like to see how to remove scratches and swirls.
Got one out already: ruclips.net/video/Pmc_fO1WhbE/видео.html

Did you do anything to the exterior? Interior looked really sharp!
Grabbed a 2013 maxima 180miles 1200$ transmission code on for dirty oil other than that runs good no transmission issues yet
How about a video on restoring or cleanup of oxidized chrome belt moldings
u should also do more restorations
I would like to see how you do a full paint correction.
