Videos and photos generally take up the most iPhone storage space. Start by deleting the videos and pictures you no longer need. Pay extra attention to ProRes videos and ProRAW images. These files are significantly larger than regular videos and photos.
If you don't want to delete your photos, you can still compress images and trim videos to clear iPhone storage space. We've even built a helpful shortcut that compresses ProRAW images for you!

How do we stop the screen splits and slow down the ads. Everything is extra. These phones are so dam expensive this should already be include, plus with a longer cord and headset like the old days….
The fact that we need this in 2023 tells me that apple has some work to do regarding this

They definitely have a LOT of work to do. I have a 64GB iPhone 12 and I reset everything last month (June 2023)
And if system data didn’t exist I would be able to store more!!
Resetting helped but then it started eating up again and being a 64Gb iPhone, 9-10Gb of system data is a LOT.
I only have like 100 songs downloaded and compared to my mother (64GB 11, she has just as much as space as I do) while having 8,000 photos and 50-60 apps.
my guess is that instead of them giving us the max amount of gb you can have they just want to make money from us buying space

Wow first 50 seconds of this video i learned something so important. The photos and videos aren’t just in your camera roll it’s on apps e-mails social media ect that makes so much sense now

Thank you for helping me reclaim over 20 GB of space on my phone. I do believe it’s important to mention one downside of automatically offloading apps though. If the app is removed from the App Store and you have offloaded it for some reason, you cannot reinstall it, even if your personal data is left on the phone. At that point, you were just forced to delete the app altogether. This may not be a problem for major apps like Facebook or dropbox, but it is a huge problem for smaller apps from independent developers. I have lost several cooking apps that way. Since I didn’t remove them from one of my other devices, I still get to use them on there with no problem. That makes me really sad. 😞 for that reason, I only offload apps manually, and I’m only willing to offload ones that are backed by large companies with deep pockets that I know I can reinstall. I wish we could go back to the days when you could download an app in iTunes and put it on your devices so you wouldn’t lose an app because Apple through an app out of the store for not updating an icon or because now they’re on a cycle where you have to post updates every few months or get kicked out of the store.
Again, thank you for helping me reclaim some space on my phone. :-) Music was the big culprit for me as well as a lot of podcast files. I haven’t been paying attention to them and didn’t realize how they were creeping up on me.

The time you took to explain it step-by-step while actually showing the steps on the iPhone itself was SO valuable and the steps themselves were impactful because so much of this is not really explained to you. For the last two months my storage has been extremely high and for the previous month my system data was over 80GB. Time after time I tried to delete anything/something to get those numbers down. After watching this video I deleted apps I no longer use and then cleared the Safari cache and a few more=My storage was reduced to 19GB of system data-AMAZING!
Mine was doing this too. I couldn’t even install the ios update. I deleted so much pretty much everything. Then did the software install. Then did a reset. It finally freed up like 40/64gb i had lol

Finally I Removed my iCloud Lock google iremover
I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is.
For example 1:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 3:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation

I removed the icloud lock from my iphone 14 using iRemover The iPhone 14 is my first flagship Apple device. Coming from a Pixel 7, I have a few observations. The battery life is awesome, speakers are solid, Bluetooth connectivity is seemless, and the screen is smooth, despite coming from a 90htz display on the Pixel 7, I haven’t really seen a huge difference on the 60htz screen on the IPhone 14. I absolutely love this phone.

I have 15,000 that I would love to get rid of most. Is there a quicker way to delete unopened emails after thirty days , which are mostly junk or spam? Any help would be appreciated. The cache on one app was storing 100+ GB of data! It took almost all the 256GB of data I have on my phone and labeled it as my apps taking majority of my data! I deleted plenty apps and nothing happened until i realized it was the cache in that one app from this video! I’m now at 68GB used out of 256GB vs 234GB out of 256 GB from that one apps cache so crazy thanks so much 😝😊😊😊😊
Please explain/ clarify as to why you I would turn ‘ON’ Lossless Audio. It clearly reads; Lossless files preserve every detail of the original audio. Turning this on will consume significantly more data.
Also, when I look on photos it has all my icloud stuff, like on my other phone. How do I differentiate between icloud and my phone? I'd really appreciate your help.

Firstly, thanks, there is so much good stuff in. This video. I wouldn’t dream of telling you how to run your channel, but it’s too much for an old guy like me to absorb. The fault is mine not yours, but I suspect I am not alone!
I did all this. My main issue is understanding the sync option. I have read that if i turn off icloud sync for photos, delete photos on my device and then turn on cloud photo sync again, cloud will update to mirror my iPhone (meaning it will update to look like the iPhone photos, including the deleted photos, therefore it will delete). I don't know if this is true, but I don't know how to remove photo from my device and not removing from cloud. I also have google photos which crashes, onedrive which fails to upload and google drive which is always paused. Amazon prime photos is very slow to upload and is still trying to catch up, but i need to delete a lot of device photos quickly and don't know how.
