  • In this quick video I am going to show my Quick Jack BLX-7000 lifting my 2013 Ram 1500. I have a lot of questions wanting to know if it was safe to lift a truck on my Quick Jack. Well here is the answer. This is about the biggest truck I personally would lift with this from a safety standpoint. 2500's and up are pretty heavy trucks.

Was driving to the hospital 👋👍🇵🇷
On my old vehicle I had to use bi-weekly the air pump and then I rechecked all and found the stem was bad. It was almost unnoticeable all because when I had the vehicle parked the stem was basically always in the same position and one day I decided to use soapy water and then I noticed it. Obviously, I am not a mechanic like you but maybe it has been overlooked.😉

I used soapy water and don’t see anything. I’m thinking it is a internal leak.

I realize you post is two years old but I thought I'd offer a tip. If you wanted more spread between the QJ's you could run them perpendicular to the truck and put them at the furthest ends of the frame front and back. So instead of running them in parallel to the frame run them at a 90* angle to the frame so one QJ lifts the front of the truck and the other QJ lifts the back of the truck.

Whenever you get a chance can you measure or tell me the max lifting point spread for your model quickjack?
