    We got another "awake person". You are lucky to have caught LYME early. I have been through the process as well but have 7 years' experience studying and researching and much of what your relaying is true. I personally had to go on a high-quality raw meat diet to crawl out of the LYME disaster piece. Oxalates will be a factor for many people when considering chronic illness, many people should look into Sally Norton for help on this.
    I wish everyone the best out there trying to get out of this terrible condition. Vote with you dollar people and buy local like Anji is promoting in this video.

    Great testimony, thank you so much. I think grass fed beef is more nutritious, and the omega profile is favorable to the body. You are what you eat, and you are what you eat eats. I can personally tell the difference but some people can't perceive it. I'd say try both for a month and track changes in energy, mood, sleep, appearance, outlook, etc.

      I've had it for about 30 years, but a more mild case. I really hope you find some ways to deal with the symptoms. I take Japanese Knotweed. It's great for killing off viruses and it's the only thing that helps me get over a cold within a few days as opposed to 2 weeks. Also, there's a spray called Lyme Nosode which helps me feel more "normal." How long have you been on the diet?

      My heart goes out to you. There are millions of lyme sufferers. I was diagnosed with chronic lyme six years ago and have also tried everything and spent all the money I could on the treatments but nothing worked. I've just been living with it and it's horrible nearly every day. I started the carnivore diet five months ago and it's not working for me either. I'm still miserable and in terrible fatigue but I'm going to stay with it to see if it may take longer since it's chronic and those bugs are really infested in there. I'm also a senior and it takes longer to heal when you are older, I've been told. It looks like you're doing the right thing with the lion diet. We see all these many many people giving testimonials of how much better they feel with carnivore and we can have hope that it will help us too. Just hang in there and if healing can happen, it will. I wish you better days ahead.

That is due to the Collagen in the bone broth. I suffered from chronic depression and also brain fog to the extent that I thought I was ADHD, until I went Carnivore. Most probably if you just eat steak for another 60days, you will find that your cognitive problems will disappear. All the best !

    Thanks for sharing your story. I have chronic lyme too & started recently the carnivore diet. I tried before that the Cowden Protocoll (especially Samento & Banderol) for one year but w/o real success. Now I want to let my body adapt on the carnivore diet & will add in the future maybe a lyme protocoll according Dr. Klinghardt, which is based on special herbs against the lyme bacteria & chlorella as detoxification substance. However I believe the right diet plays the major role & special protocolls a support role. Good luck to all who fights also against lyme.

    I just watched your video on Lyme disease and I’m needing advice from others who’ve dealt with the health problems that come from tick bites. My 12 yr old son was bitten by an adult female deer tick just last week and I’m trying to decide what’s the best protocol for preventing Lyme. We had the tick tested and it just came back positive for 4 of what seems like a ton of other pathogens. He hasn’t shown any signs of illness nor does he have a rash of any kind. You mentioned how the antibiotics and the detox supplements caused you to feel so sick. I’m wondering if I should have him given the heavy doses of doxycycline that they give to Lyme patients as a precautionary and preventative measure and yet I’m concerned about it killing off the good bacteria as well causing susceptibility to more illnesses. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! We’ve been eating more healthfully even before the bite but we (and he particularly )aren’t eating strict keto or carnivore even through we are working on that atm! TIA! 💕

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  3 месяца назад

      I didn't have symptoms until a full month after I was bit. I had forgotten about it by then. And by the time the symptoms came on, they came on fast and rapidly. If you had the tick tested and it has those things then I would highly recommend seeing a doctor and doing the doxycycline. But make sure to also use a probiotic at the same time for the gut. I'm glad I took doxy even though the side affects were horrible for me. I think if I didn't take that my symptoms would have progressed even further to potentially not even reversable. This is a serious condition that needs immediate attention.

    I found I had to eat carnivore when I got Lyme pretty quickly but know I find Mediterranean diet best for me basically carnivore with very specific dark leafy greens. I eat some berries can’t live without strawberries pineapple coconut Avocado. Please if you have persistent symptoms this is a real infection that can lead to Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s dementia Ms als heart disease full body disease that is the only disease that eats the same thing cancer does glycolysis plus manganese it is the equivalent but more pain and global pain in brain cognitive dis function and a lot harder to get in remission or cure.

    Maybe your body was missing meat all this time and that’s why the carnivore diet is working so well for you. Me on the other hand, I overeat a lot, especially meat, and I’ve had high cholesterol for 2 years. But then I do need to eat more clean and healthy, and less junk. I’ve actually been looking into a raw vegan diet to see if it would help me, and I want to care about animals more. Hearing your perspective is very interesting. I’m so glad you feel better!

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  5 месяцев назад +4

      Yes I did need meat. And in your case I don’t believe it’s the meat … it’s all the other things. I recommend doing way more research on carnivore before considering raw vegan. In my opinion that’s a big mistake. But I’m not a doctor so don’t take my word for it :) just my personal perspective. Thank you I’m so glad to be feeling better 💗✨ I appreciate your comment.
