-after many failed attempts to get together i finally got out for a beauty (albeit quick) fall trip into the backcountry with Joe Robinet.We canoed in with our Swift packboats and did alittle fishing and set up some canvas shelters and enjoyed the natural beauty of fall and had some good ole campfire time
I love a Doug and Joe show, y'all look like you're having so much fun. I think Doug is the only guy that pushes Joe around, knocking his chair over, all kinds of horseplay over the years, like a couple brothers. Golden video

when i was a kid we were camping and i was making popcorn like that over a fire. Only it didnt do the pop, pop, pop thing.... there was one huge BANG that was so loud people from surrounding campsites came running to see what happened. Every single kernel popped at exactly the same time and it basically sounded like an explosion. I waited to see if there were any last minute pops but everything had popped. It was freaky!!

I watched both yours and Joe's video's twice and your editing is amazing. Same trip at the same time together and the same amount of minutes and ads, yet your video had so much more and so full of a little bit of everything that it seemed like you guys were there a hole weekend. If I didnt know it was the same exact one night trip? I would have thought they were two totally different trips. I love how you edit your videos. "I couldn't believe both you and Joe had the same length of video 29 to 32 minutes yet your seemed so much longer it was great the editing! "
