    Isaiah with this on a daily basis, and even with written in rebuttals in front of me I cannot seem to close sales even on day 4 as an agent.

    I was wondering what to say to people over the phone that have been mailed information about various products and when i ask them if they remember receiving it, the common objections are.. I’m not interested, I’ve already got life insurance etc.. what could i say in response to these? These are only people that have been sent information and haven’t requested it.

    How would you go about getting a client to buy who is convinced they don't need insurance because they are very well off don't have very many bills to pay and are going to want to be cremated when the time comes?

      My reply, "That's interesting, why do you think that?" Then listen carefully, following up with probing questions, to figure out why they think that way. Then present an alternative argument for life insurance ownership, preferably related to something that they already have shown concerns about (family protection, retirement planning, etc.) Basically, those objections are rabbit holes to run down - lots of things could happen. But whatever you do, don't quit now! Keep digging.

      @@TheDIGAgency thanks so much David... will place that in practice.. I'm assistant to an insurance agent.. I'm on training with her, so I basically do more cold calling, or I try to talk to friend I know to get them to at least have a sit with us to sell/explain about our product.. any advice for me to improve more..

      First. I suggest u teach avoiding think about it earlier. Also don't say objections, say concerns or issues. Live in their language. The I don't need it should b finished in the initial discovery steps and add a 3rd party story. Ask about their level of interest and their decision making process. Some people are very very picky. Learn it early and make it rarely happen later

      @@TheDIGAgency identifying the class or type of people that need insurance. The NOPP format generally doesn't help and ends in vain. Most of the time it ends in vain

      What's the NOPP format? What type of insurance do you have access to selling? Like term, whole life, etc.?

      @@TheDIGAgency NOPP refers to Need, opportunity to meet, paying capacity, physically fit. I have access to life insurance endowment plans.
