    We have a step 1 process at my company where we say I understand your concern but all we're trying to do on this call is to get you medically approved. We can take your application here, and once it's complete send it in the mail. And then you have 30 days in order to call for changes or to cancel. And this is before we get to the rebuttals of the objections!! It's been in my first week as an agent, and I hate it!! I have been quoting life insurance all week, but I have yet to make a sale.

    Great information as usual Cody. I have spent months fearing objections on the phone despite starting out so well to where the president of my company noticed my fire in crowd of 100 plus agents and top producers to give me a compliment and opportunity to go up and meet him in my 2nd week with FFL. That fire died when Christmas came around, getting snowed in a week then getting covid. Been working so hard to get that fire back by studying so much. I haven’t dialed new leads since Christmas Eve week. I know I can do this.

      You can do it man.. getting that fire back can be tough, but just remember why you're doing what you're doing, who you're doing it for, and what you need to accomplish every single day to make your goals a reality. Would love to see you at 8% Nation this summer!

    It’s so true what you said most agent do not follow up with there customer. I sell workers compensation and I love to text or call my clients every few months and see how there business is doing or try to sell them General liability or commercial auto or EPLI insurance and also ask them how my customer service is going and they say amazing then I ask for referrals. Just always follow up they appreciate it when you do. 👍🏻🙏🏻😁

      Those are definitely common as well... good thing is once you get good at overcoming one objection, your training generally applies and translates to overcoming all the rest as well

    great stuff but I wish you get to the actual overcoming the objection faster instead of talking about it.
