Super soft and yummy, only takes a few minutes to prep. Yes, you can make homemade dinner rolls!
1 cup warm milk (microwave 30 seconds to 100-140 degrees)
1 tbsp yeast (or 1 packet)
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
2-1/4 cups flour (plus additional flour for surfaces and dusting)
Add all ingredient together and mix until consistent. Dough will be batter consistency and sticky.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour until double in size.
Deflate and scrape into a dough ball. Dust with flour.
Turn out on to a floured surface.
Cover the exterior in flour, but keep the interior sticky. Soft dough makes soft rolls!
Use a floured spatula or pastry cutter to cut into equal sizes.
    Form into rolls.
Place in a baking dish and lightly dust with flour.
Cover with plastic wrap and let double in size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until barely golden brown on outside edges.

Thank you so much for this recipe! I tried this today and the bread turned out so soft! I've never had much success with no knead recipes, they either turn out too chewy, dense or reek of fermentation. Also love your videos; short and to the point. 💕🌈🌷

These look so yummy. Can you use almond flour for these? I'm not much of a cook or baker but I actually have these supplies on hand...except the yeast. I worked in our college bakery & litterally made thousands of yeast rolls every week for 4 years. I'll have to try these & see how they compare. Yum! 😋

No, you can’t use almond flour. It has no gluten.

Great recipe and video with the full recipe. As a home bread baker, I make rolls a lot and looking for smaller batches to bake in my toaster oven. It’s only 2 of us. How long does it take for the dough to double, first rise, temperature about 70F? Thank you!
