It’s great to see you exploring alternatives to psyllium husk. Let me know if you try any substitutes and how they work for you! In general there is flax seed
@@RisingYeastRecipes thank you for this answer, could you tell us the quantity of ground flax seeds, and whether we add them dry or previously mixed with water to form a gel?
Hi, Tia! Initially, I always prepared this bread without apple cider, but it always had a distinctive aroma. The psyllium husk was the case. I've read once, that if you add apple cider, you can get rid of the smell and improve bread rising. And it really works! My answer is yes, you can skip the apple vinegar.

Please help me. I made these buns, because I had Apple Cider Vinegar, I did not use it. I used ordinary white vinegar. It gave good results. The buns turned out to be exactly like yours soft& tastey. But their colour was not yellow. It was the usual oats colour. I searched for Apple Vinegar on Amazon . Only Patanjali had Apple vinegar. All others are Apple Cider Vinegar. Looking at its composition, Apple Cider Vinegar, has only5% vinegar, rest Flavouring. I am confused, can I use Apple Cider Vinegar with similar results. Please do reply. Thanks

I’m a little puzzled about the use of yeast in this recipe. Yeast needs gluten and it does not react with gluten free flour. Also what is the purpose of vinegar?

Is it psyllum powder you used or the husk... the video looks like the husk, but it's powder written in the description.
Hi Biba, in my opinion it doesn't matter whether you use powder or husk, only powder thickens earlier, the amount is the same.😊

I’m a little puzzled about the use of yeast in this recipe. Yeast needs gluten and it does not react with gluten free flour. Also what is the purpose of vinegar?
Adding vinegair to the bread dough can help with good rise, moist crumb, airy texture, and in this case also reduces unpleasant taste (for some ).
I also was sure yeast doesn't work with gluten free flour until one day when my focaccia doubled in 1 hour

Gluten is a protein naturally found in wheat, barley and rye. Yeasts feed on sugar and starches. 🙂
