You're a life saver, I'm certainly gonna try this, you don't know how long I've been trying to edit my vocals but didn't even have a clue on what I was doing, I noticed in one of my favourite RUclipsrs, Emma Heesters, she's a great singer, and she always had edited vocals on almost all her covers, so I sort of assumed (this is actually hilarious and embarrassing) she went to the studio for this, or probably had a family member or friend that had a studio and I always stressed on it and looked for ways to edit vocals my own way, thank you so much, this video really helped, I'm certainly gonna try this, you're amazane 💜! I love you so so much too

The DAW I use is n-track studio 9. In my personal opinion it’s more advanced, has all the features this does and a little more. Btw Great tutorial! I can use it in my daw as well
I bought a microphone like thats expensive and takes a long time mixing vocals.
It requires EQ, Reverb, Compression and sometimes delay. I use Logic Pro X

whenever I record idk if it's because my voice is just naturally low or i just can't sing but my audio never sounds that good, it's probably because I can't sing
You're right, I often cringe when I listen to my recorded voice, but try showing ut to others, they might not find it as bad......
@@sri-xn4hb my mom says I sound like a sassy white girl (I'm black) that's not a compliment they make seem like it's a bad thing and it doesn't sound bad anymore, I don't cringe when I listen to myself sing anymore 🤷🏾♀️
@@domilyrics2218 I'm a girl and I'm going through puberty, and my voice is going nuts, my falsetto has become so weak and bad, even my normal speaking voice breaks so much with weird falsetto flips and my mom often teases me and says stop singing but I sound decent🤦♀️
@@sri-xn4hb I can't sing due to the fact that I have a bad cough but aren't parents supposed to encourage u, instead they bring u down, no wonder y so many teens are depressed (I'm one of them)
@@domilyrics2218 that's the problem here, sometimes I'm very suicidal, because the people around me keep on discouraging, so I help myself by not paying attention to their toxic behavior 😔
so what I took from this was a lot of good things, but I would also utilise the 'phone microphone enhancer' as it perfects the voice through the phone even better x

You can use GarageBand too, only for iOS though. It’s got a lot of awesome features and it’s free! But I haven’t tried to record my vocals on it yet so not sure about that part of it. I get so nervous to record my singing 😣
