When my children are 14 and 16 years old which they don't need attestation letter here in Alberta. Could you help me with that? What letter is that from my ex partner?
you will need a letter from you ex partner stating that they allow your child to travel with the person you want them to travel with also let them sign at the bottom@@carlotitong367 the person the child is travelling with make sure that their name is on the letter along with the travel document number in the letter.

However, I have a third scenario for work permit holders where the entire family is in Canada with close and open work permit as well as kids on the study permit But, the kids passports are renewed due to short expiry and now need an extension of existing study permit for the kids to the duration of Work Permit (WP expiring in 14 months). All applications were processed by a consultant through their Client account to which access is no longer available.
1. Can a parent create a new GC account of their own and apply for study permit extension for kids?
2. IF yes, should the details be for a parent while creating the account or of the kids/student in question?
3. Anything to be done differently for SP extension as compared to applying for the first time?
