I think I like the fact that everything is regulated and documented over there in Canada and other Western countries. The regulation on everything is what makes the prices high and makes everyone make good money. But the taxes you mentioned ehn, that one na another level of Reasoning to cope with. 😂. Sweet video! Sweet Team! 🎉❤
The taxes are high, but look what the taxes are doing for us. Good roads, health care, and services are available. Those high taxes are the reason why they even give you time frame when electricity goes off😅. Those public swimming pools are due to taxes. I commented before you said the advantages. I feel like most Africans who complain about Canada are the ones who are chasing things to keep up so thry work 24/7, the ones who have one leg in Canada and another leg back home, and the ones who expect things to be like they were back home.
We never paid taxes, but we have roads too in Nigeria. Canada makes countless trillions of dollars from the DR Congo and other countries whose minerals it takes. What has it been doing with all those monies while still collecting huge taxes?

Good content but how do you know what you eat in Nigeria is organic? Food aint labeled in Nigeria and I am aware a lot of farmers in Nigeria use pesticides as well. It's difficult to ascertain if what is consumed in Nigeria is organic or not.
Using pesticides is not what makes food not to be organic. GMO’s (genetically modified food) which is the norm over here is created so that the crops come out perfect no defects and usually have artificially colouring. That is why you have oranges that are colour orange abroad but you never see that in Nigeria. Not to mention the shelf life. Over here food lasts for an unnaturally long time. It’s not the same in Nigeria. There are several ways to tell. So yes it’s difficult to ascertain but in general you can clearly identify food that is organic.
Lovely couple. Your vibe is so beautiful. About the cons, I can only sigh. When the kids come, 🤐.. keep being positive though. Having the right partner makes all these cons manageable. Otherwise.. e go press. Cheers guys

Very true! But then you can’t stop working in Nigeria either. You stop working and you don’t eat. At least it’s car and house they are taking away from you here but you will eat. Your basics will be covered by the government. You’ll have a roof over your head. In Nigeria you don’t work you don’t live 🤷🏾♀️

healthcare. if you stay in a less populated area it has a disadvantage when you need a medical intervention that isn't available in a small town due to the forces of demand and supply.
Ottawa is not a small town it is the capital of Canada. Nonetheless it’s not the norm for the average person to need a special medical intervention that can be unavailable. Most people just need regular healthcare. Plus if care is available but you have long waiting times in “big cities” what’s the point? You’re still not accessing the care.
