Yes, I had the same symptoms, sometimes on, sometimes turned off. But be careful with link in description, one link is bad sensor, other link is ok sensor
I broke the new sensor inside. So upset right now. Any idea of how the whole housing is called so i can order a new one? Or do i need a whole new radiator 😂
Gosh, sorry to hear that. I’ve read about something similar here, try to check out www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/936352-A-C-Pressure-switch-Schrader-valve-snapped
Thanks for this video. Do I need the ODB Pro tool (which needs a subscription) or can I just use a basic ODB reader?
I’m not sure about it, you need OBD to find and erase errors, if basic OBD reader can do that, you are fine
before you replaced the sensor, would your AC light turn on or shut off after you pressed it? When I press mine it shuts off right now

As I said, yes, same symptoms, also caused 00256 error. Dealer stated that the problem in sensor
My ac light dont stay on, blowing hot air only. On a sg5
Check fault codes with vcds or OBDELEVEN. In this video I’ve showed 0256 error. But it also could be wire damage and so on
Sadly I over tightened it and snapped 😔
Sad to hear that, but I understand, it’s very easy to do because it’s so small and also soft

Just an FYI. This isn't the same location as the RS6. I think the RS6 needs the front bumper removing. But thanks for the vid.
Thank you, I hope I’ll have RS6 one day
