Hello dear friends!
Today we are working on our ballet arms. Arms can be ordinary, but can be ballet. Nine simple exercises will help us move towards beautiful ballet arms and even if ballet hands are not your main goal in life, this complex will help your arms become stronger and a little more elegant.

As a dancer I've been having a hard time finding workouts that hit the areas I need but don't put on any bulk so thank you!!

These workouts are of such high quality......Only request.. More feet ankles, and knees things to keep those areas healthy, maybe?
yes!! I keep getting pains in those areas in ballet class and I go to my physician way too often 😂

Preparing for my first variation. Loving these short workouts to build strength but not totally exhaust myself before classes!
Nice new improvement : the closer shots... they helped me correct posture and breathing. And you feel this ballet culture : « smile elegantly under pain ». Coming from a hockey background, this is very new to me... and rather inspiring : ))

This is an excellent short arm workout of 9 mns 🙏which can be inserted among other warmups during one’s routine I would say preferably towards the beginning as it gives warmth and relaxation in shoulders and upper back while giving energy in the arms... a very good feeling. I find it very useful to mix arms and abs when doing planks up and down (still need to work on those abs🤫) and others similar. Have all a good Sunday ✨🦋. Second comment on 18/9: I have done again Maria’s workout after one month training to improve my arms strength, abs and back flexibility. Could do all the moves throughout following Maria explanations: so pleased 😊🙏☘️

I love seeing you both doing the videos, it's just so sweet. Anyway, great workout combo and thank you for making us do the up-up-down-down routine because I hate doing it lol but I know it's good for me. I always love doing the swan arms too and your tip about remembering your chest during that movement is a good too, it's a small movement you aren't always aware of but all the greats do it when doing that movement. Thank you!

Very good workout for arm strength, In the same way It would be nice to see a slow ballet inspired workout for leg strength and muscle development.

In my opinion, do it daily for 14 days and then see the results.
If the results aren't enough for you , continue doing it until complete a month.
Don't forget your healthy nutrition .
