I enjoyed doing the 4 minute arm workout but am having difficulties doing any other of your sessions. I am morbidly obese, sciatica, can't jump or bend and if I get on the floor to exercise I'm unable to get back up. Do you have any videos for people like me? I will do anything to get back my energy and mobility. Please help.
I'm no expert, but have you tried Yoga with Adrienne? I love her channel and it seems body inclusive to me. That paired with walks could be a great way to get your heart rate up and gain flexibility! I hope you can find something that brings a smile to your face!
Sandra Barrios I hope you are still trying these videos. It doesn't matter where you start so long as you give it your best. I just started getting back into fitness and I found these videos great. I did a Latina dance video and a tabata dance video (whatever that is) and realized I had no business doing any of the moves but, instead of feeling like I should give up, I made up some of my own moves just so that I was moving. I even had to pause the videos and come back after taking a break in some of the 30 min dance videos. Like I said before, I hope you are still trying these videos and I wish you the best of luck getting your health in order! God bless!
