I live in Queens, New York so I'm fortunate enough to be able to sample a wide variety of empanadas and their counterparts from all around the world. This particular style is among my favorites so I made a slightly tweaked version of your recipe tonight based on the ingredients I had on hand. I used chives instead of green onions and I replaced the white wine with a tiny bit of distilled white vinegar and a splash of beef broth. The results were beyond fantastic and my guests really enjoyed them alongside a hearty vegetable salad. Thanks so much to you both and a big "thumbs up"! It is my belief that "handheld foods" are one of the world's great unifiers! Cheers from here in NYC!

Wow 😮 we do almost the same recipe and the dough style in my country .. I do the folding and braiding style while keeping the dough on table not on my hands.. its really interesting to know that there is similar dishes of yours in far and different countries .. love it 💙💙💙💖
