- In this video, I explain the 4 stretches you can do to release tight hips and improve flexibility and hip mobility. Each stretch targets a part of the hips that get tight often (glutes, psoas muscle, piriformis muscle, adductors).

I love the trick with the blocks in Baddha Konasana - it makes it much easier to press the knees to the ground than with elbows alone.

Good question! Ideally you would be barefoot, unless the room you’re practicing in isn’t warm enough.
