Tried to do this job today but there are so many gaps in the procedure, i don’t see the point in going to all the trouble of filming and editing to miss the tricky stuff that make it doable, we ended up just cleaning what we could get to as we couldn’t get to one of the bolts (center right of the plastic manifold)
DONT Whorry bro hi did not clean the intake manifold , just the egr and acceleracion tubs ans airsensor ... the intake manifold is just after this part , you have to take more off..is not a easy job ...

Nope. You have to take off the intake manifold line too. Swirl flaps always has double amounts on them what You see on the throttle valve… EGR is killing all diesel engine. Most stupidest idea ever in car industry. You can get same less NOx emission with a simple water injector!
If you did a step by step detailed instructional video of this it would gain massive popularity on here I'm sure

How many km on this diesel? Also fuel quality? So much carbon. Or is it normal?
This is happened twice in 6x months to my Wifes 2016 B200d AMG with just 27K on the clock, Merc need to do something!

Yes normally when you remove the black pipe it will leak out coolant.

Just do a carbon cleaning and it is gone
