I'm so glad you posted. I'm not vegan but I'm planning to become one as soon as I become independable. We cook a lot of meat, fish etc at my home that if I don't eat I will starve. In the mean time, I'm gathering a lot of information and learning recipes to make my transition smooth. Thank you for inspiring me .
For the recipe #2 - you don't need to add extra starch to the sauce when you're cooking pasta. Pasta water is starchy so you can take a ladle(or two) of that. Most Italian recipes in fact will use the pasta water.
I want to make literally every recipe you share with us. Each time you post a video, you brighten my day. This series was especially wonderful. Thank you! I am looking forward to more. Love from the US.
I'm actually not vegan but i'm trying to eat more plant-based and just get healthier overall so these recipes are super inspiring!! i'm definitely gonna try them!
I just discovered your channel and am enjoying your videography style as well as your enticing meal ideas! Please do more of these vegan meal prep ideas! They are wonderful! Looking forward to more videos!!!
I binge watch your videos since 3-4 days straight. The way you guys film and present your food is so satisfying and beautiful, you really made art out of it! I even catched myself fancily sprinkling some cinnamon over my accurately cut apples this morning (which I honestly never so), it's so addictive! Aaand I tried your pickled onions. I understand the obsession. 😅 I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your videos and bringing vegan food and topics closer to people. Have a nice day!
Vilka underbara recept! Hittade din youtube helt random och älskar alla videos och unika maträtter :D Det är nog dags för mig att lägga till några fler recept i samlingen!
It all looks amazing! I'm definitely going to try some of these recipes. And it's nice to see you as a Northern vegan using a lot of frozen vegetables, because I also try to eat with the seasons and use frozen things if they're not available, but in other vegan videos it sometimes seems like all vegetables and fruits are just always there.
Glad you're enjoying the videos! For me frozen vegetables has two advantages. The first one is what you mention; the fact that we can still eat out of season vegetables and fruits during winter when food choice is less abundant in the fresh section. The other is that it's very convenient as it's easy to store for long periods of time, they come chopped etc and works as a great back up for when the fridge is a bit empty. A bonus can be that they are cheaper than fresh and can sometimes even have better nutrition than imported fresh vegetables and fruits. So many wins in a cold climate! :)
I don’t know about anyone else but I find your videos so relaxing!! Fun way to unwind at the end of a long day. I am curious what specific grains you use for your mix?
:) Glad you find them relaxing! I actually buy that mix so I don't make it myself. It has buckwheat, quinoa and amaranth. Sometimes I mix rice and millet or quinoa and millet, sometimes also add buckwheat, when I cook though, just to mix it up a bit :)
I am Italian, I give you a tip: before you drain your pasta, keep a glass of cooking water apart. Then, drain your pasta, put it back in the pot, add all the salsa in the pot (not in the plates) and mix well. If it is too dry add some cooking water. I hope you like it :)
I just want to say, that I've watched so many vegan videos, that I thought they just making the same stuff over and over but your meals are very interesting and I'm definitely gonna make them at home, thank you!
It`s not just meals to full our stomachs, it`s true art! so inspiring! another piece to rewatch at cloudy and anxious moments of life, thank you, Malin!
I have to say that Thursday's meal "Nourishing+Colourful Buddha Bowl" is probably the most incredible mesh of flavors!! I have made it 2 days in a row now (subbing kraut for the cabbage and carrots) and I love it!! And you have sold me on the pickled carrots! I put them on everything now. Thank you for making such beautiful videos for us 💚
Just discovered your channel! I love videos that show multiple options, especially for vegans. So many people have a hard time with meal planning after transitioning and videos like yours are sooooo helpful!!! I had stuffed shells last night with my homemade tofu ricotta! So good, and you'd never know it wasn't vegan if I didn't tell you! Just posted that video today too!
So glad I've found you! I've now made Monday and Friday's recipes. Both were delicious. We've been vegan for about 9 months now and I was running out of ideas. Can't wait to try more. Thank you🙏💖
so I just came upon this video in the summer time, and I personally don't go out of my way to make sweet potato. my mother loves sweet potato and I showed her this video, and she said she had all the ingredients to make this. she had made bean soup and we used the left overs and made the roasted sweet potato recipe. I usually like my sweet potato as like a desert and not part of a main dish... and when I tried the beans with the sweet potato and the guac oh my god it was so good. I'm not vegan but I enjoy a simple veggie plate. I'm on a diet so I'm looking for more healthy options. if any one one is interested in making the roasted sweet potato with guac, don't hesitate.
Just discovered your channel last night, Malin 🌹and I'm TOTALLY IN LOVE. ❤️ Been VEGAN 💚 for many years, yet finding many of your recipes very inspiring! 👏🏼 Plus your sweet Swedish accent is so pleasant to listen to! Reminds me of my multiple visits to Sweden. 😊🇸🇪 Keep up the great work! 👏🏼🤗
I’ve so loved this series! It’s been great to see you so often again! Is cauliflower not very expensive in Sweden? I love it it but here in the US it seems to be absurdly pricey regardless of the season
