Just found this channel, and I'm in love 😍 Just a quick tip, when using green asparagus there's actually no need to take off the ends, you can just peel the lower part and trim off any dry ends - less food waste! Awesome lunch ideas, much love 💕

I love how colorful you make these. I would definitely have to pack 3x the amount of food lmao but this is so good. I am trying to stop relying so heavily on meat and as a gym rat, the only acceptable meals pushed on us is chicken and rice. This video was so eye opening and I am adding in some of this stuff to my grocery list.
I like that your silicone mat actually is used! It annoys me when youtubers always have new looking mats in their videos. I’ve had 3 and have NEVER been able to get them clean like when they were new. I’ve decided it’s impossible. It’s good to see you actually use all the items you showcase in your videos!

For anyone confused, what she refers to as coriander in this video is what we Americans call cilantro, which is the leafy part of the coriander plant. Usually when I think of coriander it is the seeds from the plant, either whole or ground as a spice.

Let me know what you think. I plan to take all suggestions and make another test video around October, then hopefully go weekly starting January 1st, 2020. I love all of your recipes and how you use the vibrant colors from plant sources to make a beautiful presentation. I also like that Monbento has small round containers for sauces/dressings :) My only critique is that Monbento should've given you a larger bento box given that your recipes seem to be lower in calories (healthy). Vegans need to consume more food quantity especially since they are omitting animal sourced ingredients. I'd personally add more carbs like bread/rice/potatoes to help it be a bit more filling, but that's just me ;)

Those are big chunky boxes to be fitting into your bag though they have good features. Think I need something a bit more slimline to fit into a bag with other things.
