Lol yes Cat Food 😂😂😂 my Panther 🐈‍⬛goes bonkers when i open up a can!! I discovered i love sardines this last year and now ive made them a staple in my diet. I work in a spa so i totally get the lunch room roasting and shaming 😂 i need them for optimal energy. I have since taken my lunch outside because i want to eat in peace and get fresh air. I am working on my beauty regime and sardines definitely check all the boxes. Im still working on healthy hair growth. Love your meals they look so tasty!!

There are certain foods we love, but they should not take them to work, any kind of fish, anything curried, and anything that has a strong smell that we have to explain. Some foods that are safe are rice, veggies, and roasted or baked chicken. Thanks for sharing cooking sardines. It reminded me that I could do a one pot with sardines and some veggies. Almost everything we used to eat on the island as poor people food is now healthy for you, such as papaya, avocado, tamarin, and pomegranate, to name a few. Loved my 'poor people' food
