I made this today with Nutella, a sprinkling of ground cinnamon and a handful of chocolate chips and it was absolutely beautiful!!! Both asthaetically and by taste - everyone was so impressed and, I have to admit, I was impressed in myself too! The dough was beautiful to work with and so easy to roll out and shape - thank you so much for the recipe!! 😍

冷藏松弛可以防止面团过快的发酵,在冰箱基本面团是不怎么长大的,但是室温的话面团会膨胀很大

可可粉加水还是液体,会流动,而且苦味,不能用。可以用蒜蓉,看看小高姐的这个视频,早就有了这个面包。
像WU说的可可粉加水的话很苦,我们一般用的可可粉都是很纯的,你需要加糖才可以,其实你如果不做巧克力酱的话可以用买来的巧克力酱,我用花生酱和蒜蓉都做过
