What's the point of sharing a recipe and not tell your viewers how long to knead the dough or reply to any comments? And you don't even share it on your website. Unsubscribed.
This is a purely manual kneading process, which is relatively slow, so I didn't mention the time. I watched the video and they didn't have any problems. When kneading the dough, it still depends on the condition, whether the dough is smooth or not, and whether there is any film. I suggest using a machine to knead the dough
What you have made here is a Jewish Challah bread with roots in jewish traditions dating back over 5,000 years. Please don't pass this on as your recipe. If you add a splash of vanilla, it becomes much better.

El jalá no lleva leche ni mantequilla, debe ser parve para poder acompañar con comidas donde hay carnes.
A lot of traditional challah recipes online dont have milk or butter in them like in this recipe.
