My headcanon is that Kirby absorbs the experiences and memories of those he eats, and the combined skills of all those sword guys is enough to defeat meta knight
@@twilightnight6283His sword: galactia, is one of the most potent weapons in his arsenal. It is shown that if Kirby eats his sword he will always has a spare.
@@Pokehead_DL First of all, the sword you are thinking of is named "Galaxia." Second, if you are talking about the Forgotten Land fight. The second sword Meta Knight brought out was not "Galaxia."
It’s actually really simple to answer this he becomes the master of anything that he copies. Considering that in any kind of copy ability, he’s able to use skills that would only be able to be done by a master.
Is this even headcanon and not jist canon? Like in adventure he only does regular swordplay, but when hes trying to actially take over dreamland in super star he busts out the tornados and stuff
I honestly think that originally, the insinuation of earlier Kirby's games was that Kirby's swordmanship skills was something that Kirby genuinely had, Kirby's Adventure dindt have hats and the intro of world 1 had Kirby fighting with a sword against the sword knight, but he got disarmed (as in, the sword got knocked out of his hand and not the ability star) and acted helpless until he just inhaled the knight (the gba remake cutted the sword fight), and as there wasnt any hats, there was nothing to imply that kirby transformed somehow when he picked up the sword in Meta Knight battle (rebember that he had to pick it up, not eat from what i rebember) this, plus the fact the Super Star in the first drafts, while special powers like fire, ice, or anything of this kind had hats planned, the weapons were planned to just be Kirby holding them (so it makes sense he throwing to make a friend, the hat or weapon he had in hand, the weapons were already enough, no hat needed), but then Sakurai decided to make hats for weapons too Just a fun little thing i thought i could share

What about the sword, though?
It wasn't a sentient object in canon. (Unless I'm missing something)

@@twilightnight6283yes that’s why I said spare.
I mean it would make sense why he gave the invincibility power up in the original game
Yknow, it is kinda weird how Kirby is better swordsman than Metta knight, I think that this comic perfectly addresses that fact

my headcanon on this topic is that Meta Knight is just trying to test Kirby and so, isn't actually using his full skillset.

Slightly offtopic, but I love how Web VAs for Kirby keep getting better and better at sounding like the official counterpart!
