I hope you are aware of this, but your presentation is highly simplified., It does a disservice even to the most basic reason for fitness testing.
That is correct, it is designed to be a simple overview of fitness tests that can done at home. Obviously fitness tests are more accurate with equipment at school 👍🏼

You can do it at home! Just mark out 20 metres and Google a beep test video!
