    very fast speaking.did you know that you are speaking for the old generation who certainly cannot perceive cognitively at your speed of demonstration.please be guided

      Thanks for the feedback! It's good to keep in mind that people of all ages have different speeds at which they're comfortable listening. Age doesn't always define how fast we can catch up with information. Let's try to avoid making assumptions based on age 😊 You can always slow down the video speed in the bottom right corner!

    Why not add a 6th criteria as a key toward fitness testing for older adults that includes cognitive abilities? I can fully attest to making a cognitive component to this regiment greatly supplements the aforementioned metrics, or perhaps you consider that to be a subject of another post?
