It’s a good example of how Christian’s of different factions do argue over the minor differences. Like how they choose how the church should be run or how the services are

@@erikwarde1818 I legit have never used Debtors or even herd about it.
Couple of years ago it was "sin". Only recently did we use "trespassers".
Also "do not lead us to the test" became "lead us not into temptation"
Roman Catholic here 😅
This was the first episode I saw. I only remember Orel and Christina praying. Wish I got into the show sooner. Always saw it on the menu when I had cable but didn’t give it a chance.
i like how when bloberta is losing her shit poppet seems like she doesnt know if shes scared or if she wants to go apeshit too
7:45 I wonder how many of these he'd have to drink to actually love her.
He’s probably die of alcohol poisoning before he got there
I think something really funny as someone who wasnt raised religious is that I'm learning stuff about Christianity through moral orel 😭 the praying scene confused the fuck out of me at first
as someone that was raised catholic it do be like this. (might be a tad worse if youre protestant, or in my country is called evangelical)
@@samanthawhite2801sorry if this is like a stupid question idk anything about Christianity to be honest. What’s the difference between protestants and catholic?
Orel's voice actress just did her Sandy Cheeks voice for Christina 😂😂😂😂
1:02 I started to cry this is too CUTE 😭😭🥰🥰🥰
Same
Fellow ‘debtors’ and ‘trespassers’, I raise you ‘those who sin against us’
I headcannon That is the version Orel and Christina use getting together, it being a neutral version and encompassing both a debtor and trespasser
Good memories!..
Thanks a lot for uploading!.
The Shapey situation showed the prime difference between Bloberta and Clay, actually. Bloberta didn’t notice it wasn’t Shapey (neglectful and uncaring) and Clay noticed it wasn’t Shapey and didn’t care (callous, narcissistic, and arrogant).
It’s a good example of how Christian’s of different factions do argue over the minor differences.
Like how they choose how the church should be run or how the services are
The two are so adorable together.
6:34 HELP
The funniest part by far
AHAHSS AND HER FACE WHEN HE SAID IT
THE FACT THAT HE CALLED HER THAT OR THE FACT THAT THEY HAD US IN THE FIRST HALF💀
ladies, if your man doesn't call you his tiny little female christ, is he even your man?
That was a dam good transition to introducing a new character
As a former churchgoer, the heat for this difference in verbiage does run hot. There was a great divide between people who would include the word “womb” in the Hail Mary.
never seen this show, but after having seen the camping trip, this clip, and the eventual dance, ive no clue how they managed to portray the most horrifying shit, the funniest shit, and the cutest shit ever right in the exact same show. i should *not* have spoiled myself.
It’s a shame Christina didn’t get her own solo episode cause I would’ve loved a scene of her trying to tell her dad that isn’t block.
"God gave them eyes but they cannot see"
*looks down at Shapy
"Hmmm 🤔"
also....
"eyes that don't see, heart that doesn't feel"
"Your children? What about *my* kid?"
Clay doesn't call Shapey his kid. He only cares about Orel (though he didn't get the age right).
I was shocked when I saw the Christina got beat too. Father to son feels terrible, but father to daughter somehow feels worse
"Non-Threatening Negro Comedy Vol 6" is one of the funniest things I've seen ever
It's funnier when you realize it's talking about Bill Cosby.
"oh thank you Jesus 🥵🥵"
Orel: oh people come here to pray 😁
I constantly think about how much of orels life was mirrored in Christina's, obviously it wasn't all of it because shapey and block eventually lived with Orel, and Christina was left alone in her home, which I wonder if that ever made her sad, probably not though because she married Orel, which means that she had to have talked to him beyond the times we see, so she probably saw shapey and block more than once.
ok but blockey and shapey were SO CUTE 😭😭
I love there siblings relationship
This episode was ripped right out of my life to the point I was almost sobbing by the end.
Aight Orel and Christina praying together was the cutest shit ever I’m crying 😭😭😭❤❤❤
Interesting that this episode begins with Block instead of Shapey sitting alongside the family at church. I guess that means it's canon that the intro doesn't begin before the events of the episode
*such a sad ending* dam it orel needed *good* in his life after *resercting people, selling pee, getting addicted to crack* id say he deserves good in his life
“What about my kid? He’s only nine!”
“Twelve!”
😭😭😭
The tresspassor: "You owe me a bottle of wine!"
The debtor: "Get off my property!"
