Nice video, I just picked up a Lincoln 50 and Immediately realized how my rifles with optics severely hinder the overall space. I’m gonna give these rods a try.

Hells yeah, sweet! I think I’ve got like 15 on that one side now and almost all have optics. Hit me up if I can help. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for checking it out. That’s a Liberty Lincoln 50 and we can install a mechanical lock on any Liberty or just about anything we sell.

Id so use ya if i lived in Texas but im in hostile territory in Jersey. Currently have a Cannon 64+9 that i hate the electronic lock on. And the cheapo shelves but its what i could afford at the time. I do need to find a local locksmith to change out the lock however. You have a recommendation on manual lock. If so and you sell and it can be placed on my safe i will purchase the dial from you.

@@dickied2602 I prefer S&G locks, as a locksmith. Now, different locksmiths may say different things or have different opinions on locks obviously. We use the 6700 series locks specifically. Now we’d need to know that your Cannon safe can can actually work with a standard S&G lock. I know some will not, but many will.

@@dickied2602 I think I’m looking for something like “TS5940-60” might be on the edge of the door when you open it. And it may be something where you have to call Cannon with that number you gave me to confirm if the S&G 6700 series will/will not work on your safe.

For what you pay for these safes the lack of functionality they come with is mind boggling. On a six rifle rack mounted to the inside of my door that it came with, with all of the accessories on my two AR‘s I only have room for two AR‘s on that rack. Because I have to put them in their flat and with all the accessories that are on the two guns they get in the way of each other.
How exactly do these rods work? Once you get them in there do the rifle stay secure or do they kind of flop back-and-forth? How do you get them in and out of the safe? For what you pay for these rods I don’t want to order them and then be unhappy with them when I get them. thanks in advance…

Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, in the video I show how I was able to expand storage in my own safe. I’ve been able to add a couple more long guns since the video because of the rods. It’s pretty simple, the rods slide into the barrel, secure pretty well by the velcro and balance the weapon. The rods can bend/give to allow for different positions. They weapons can move, absolutely, but they’re not going anywhere. Back-and-forth if the safe is being rocked, sure. Simply pull the rifle rod from the Velcro and remove the weapon.
