Despite having a collection of small Pilates props that will just collect dust when I go back to the gym, I bought I small ball just so that I could do your overball workout. And, I'm so glad that I did! I'm running out of good things to say about your workouts, Katja, but I will say that I fully expected just to fast forward through the exercises that I didn't feel like doing, but with your calm and confident manner, I ended up doing everything single thing. And, I feel really good. Thank you for these exceptional classes!

It was a really beautiful workout! I especially loved the tip of putting a thin towel or cushion at the lower back as I have always had a difficulty at roll ups as I have lordosis. It really made a huge difference! Many thanks Katja! 🌸

Hi Sonja, brilliant you did the class without a ball! ☺️ I recommend around 23cm diameter for the ball. You will love using the ball for the exercises 🥰
Hello Katja: I've convinced 3 other friends to join me in exercising regularly on Zoom (as many gyms are closed due to covid) and we have been enjoying quite a few of your videos. If I may make a suggestion - your voice isn't loud enough (although I notice it has improved from the older videos.) The exception is when you've done roll-down bending forward, and therefore your mouth is closer to the mic. We have to turn our volumes to full - and it's still not loud enough. Have you considered using one of those mics that has the wire that extends to one side of your face and very close to your mouth? Kinda like the ones Madonna or JLo or many entertainers that dance uses. One yogi that uses it consistently is Briohny Smyth and yogis on Alo Yoga if you want to get an idea of the mic I'm talking about. Other than that - we enjoy exercising with you - both your pilates and yoga videos. Keep up the great work! Namaste.

I have just checked on different devices here at home, and on all of them it's loud enough on half of the max volume available. When we film, Mel always takes extra care to get the microphone setting right, but I'll check with her again... Could you try a different device, perhaps?
