More regular grocery stores near me are starting to carry Lily’s which I love. I actually get so excited when I go to my regular grocery store and they have new keto items lol
Made me laugh, most of the good ones you said, “these are really good, Theo loves them” good to have a kid to test if it’s tasty or not
Certainly agree about Primal Kitchen ketchup and mayonnaise. I would not be able to survive on Keto without dairy products so I tend to be very leery of nut milks and those type products. I have resigned myself to the fact that cereals, breads , pastas are a thing of the past since none of the Keto substitutes come close to the real thing. I can live without them. Also, snacking was one of the hardest things for me to give up when starting intermittent fasting so all the various keto snacks really have no appeal for me .
spaghetti = angel hair palmini, just boil an hour first. I found pasta solved after that.

I don't understand the promotion of box foods when Dr Berg says we are to eat whole foods that we cook and create ourselves.
if you follow Dr Berg and want to live that lifestyle, then do what he says. This is Keto Connect’s youtube page and they eat packages snacks so thats what they show! Keto is a metabolic state, not a specific diet to be followed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the video, since I have a Sprouts near. However, most people can't afford these prices.
New favorite snack are the Sacha Inchi seeds from Brass Roots. A must try! Only 5 total carbs per serving, all of which is fiber.
Catalina Crunch cereals and cookies are a lifesaver!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Thanks for the video. I haven’t been since the start of COVID. I wasn’t able to find a lot back then. I hope our area has these items. AND I LOVE BIRCH BENDERS WAFFLES!!! I do sometimes add Choc Zero syrup to them. I toast the crisp and love them plain also. I buy at Walmart.

I have been shopping at sprouts for years. We don't have a whole foods by us. They have been so good about adding Keto foods. I also have tried the Parm crisps they are very good. Found a big bag at Costco.

The Ranch Parm Crisps are at Costco & I LOVE them! AND I am sad I missed out on the Fix & Fogg BOGO. They have a walkup window in Houston that is SO cool.

I think you both did a great job highlighting SO many of the great items at Sprouts. I do 80% of our grocery shopping at Sprouts, 10% at Costco , 10% at Kroger/TomThumb(Albertsons). My Sprouts is awesome about taking suggestions if there’s another keto item that you’d like them to carry. They’ve brought in a few things at my request, which are selling really well fir them now. 👍
Sprouts has an app! Clip the Digital coupons and scan your barcode every time you shop to get the automatically loaded discounts. Plus, there is a good selection of quality meat and seafood in the frozen meat section. Which I appreciate so that Im not racing the expiration or "best by"clock 🤪 Can you tell I work at Sprouts? 😉 Oh, and I cant pick a winner. You both had great picks!
I just went to Sprouts today, lol. Love it. I'm not sure who's list is better because there are things on both I like. I do not like that Catalina Crunch cereal though. Something about the texture is weird to me.

You need to mention carb count for all this proccessed stuff. Just cause it says keto doesn't make it so.
Yeah packaging can be VERY misleading
You could just go to Sprouts yourself, read the labels and make an informed decision.
Hope they establish stores in New Hampshire, they have a great Keto selection.
Matt's top 10 selection was better but Megha hit us with the dressings and cereal which are absolute bangers, doing gods work there.

I agree on he Santa Cruz peanut butter but they use palm oil. They say its responsibility sourced but I try to eliminate it as a principle
Omg Sprouts is about 20 feet from me. I'm diabetic and can eat almost anything in there without reading every label. My favorite 😍
I used to stock shelves at a Health Market inside a regular Midwest grocery store and left there 3 years ago when I injured my back. Very physical work.
So many new products have come out in that time. Stocking the super-popular protein bar aisle and keeping it organized was my least favorite task. It was maybe twice as large as Sprouts. People are not tidy shoppers.
We don't have Sprouts here. We have Fresh Thyme which I feel safer shopping at because fewer shoppers.
Oh, remember to check out dates in packages. That was another one of my tasks and often I'd clear out an entire shelf of certain foods, including cereal. The nice perk was getting to take home some of them for free or a nominal price. So much food gets tossed out at a grocery store.

Question I had a turkey sausage patty for breakfast with out reading the ingredients it had maltodextrin that bad right feel like I made a mistake lol(loss 27 pounds so far on keto )

"GOODFATS" Lemon Mousse bar crumbled a bit into a cup of greek yogurt is absolutely one of my own "top ten" ~ for a meal/snack/dessert~ SO dang good! I'm fairly particular btw, & I think the G.F. bars are superior to many as an 'add-in' to yogurt, ice cream, or even as 'cereal'; in a bowl w/a little almond or coconut milk poured over. D-lish-us!!

Crepini is GREAT!!! Organic dark roasted Santa Cruz peanut butter-the best! The fancy market near me sells artisan cashew butter for $22 a bottle. Crazy.

Matt's Top Ten was better, but Megha, you hit the nail on the head with those Nut Pods Non-Dairy Creamers. Definitely #1 on my grocery list every week. I buy 4 at a time.

I personally like the Genius Gourmet bars better than any other bar. The total carbs are only 5 - 6 carbs. The flavor is great.
They sell the ranch flavor Parm Crisps snacks at Costco and they are so good I had to stop buying them. Couldn’t control myself with them lol.

I wish we had keto stuff in our shops in Australia cause there's hardly anything. Its annoying
Just follow their home made recipes for breads and what not. Super easy to do keto in America but definitely doable in a different country. You could make loads of things at home and will end up being better. I live in Saudi Arabia and after trying some keto snacks there my wife and I realized how terrible most keto snacks are. Use iHerb and order your stevia and erythriol (closest thing to sugar) and if you can get your hands on Kirkland almond flour then you’ll be all set. Good luck!
