So disappointing..all of their success as a result of making this business around keto...selling the cookbooks...the programs...and reaping the spoils of that ...and it's really sad..I expected this change with megha...but Matt was so Gung ho healthy keto and while I like to watch and the kids are sweet addition...it's actually upsetting to see Matt not sticking to keto anymore. People looking to this channel for keto inspiration not gonna find it here. 😒

I went from Keto to Ray Peat, I gained weight, my labs are all wonky, was losing hair etc. Now I went back to keto/carnivore, losing weight and just feeling so much better. I hope it works for you! 🙏🏼

I love that you're feeling better, and have enough energy to vlog lately. It's weird seeing potatoes, carrots, and orange juice in your house - LOL. My favorite (so far) recipe of yours is the Kung Pao chicken thighs. An oldie, but a goodie! I do cut the soy sauce in half though.

@@marlenel5849 You have a very limited view of misogyny. Did you even listen to the end when he literally couldn’t think of a single worthy/admirable woman (aside from looks)? It’s a common thing with him, he often makes snide comments about women, can be really rude to Megha in a way that undercuts her and makes it appear that he thinks she’s dumb, etc. I can go on. He’s always been like this. I only keep watching because I like Megha but as I get older, the more I see how aggressively conservative he is in really weird ways.
@katapult , you believe that I have a limited view... or do you misuse the word misogyny. Matt is a good husband to Megha. She picked Matt to be her husband, and father of her children. If he was a true misogynist as you say; I'm sure she would not have fallen in love with him. It seems to me that you hate conservatives and masculine men.

But to your other point, you’re right, I do hate conservatives and masculine men (and really anyone) WHEN they put women down, perpetuate untrue stereotypes, or infringe on the rights of others. I tried this way of eating for a month after doing keto for 5 years, while still doing intermittent fasting, but started to get depressed and lethargic; I am assuming it was from the fruit sugars and the starches. Went back the keto way, and very happy and energetic again!

I always believed it was wrong you put your children on RUclips since they do not understand and cannot consent. Someday they will resent you did this to them. I think you should do at least the next five videos without your children because I think you would realize you have no content except your children. You are not Keto anymore and everyone knows juice is as bad as soda. I cringe everytime you call your son Fifi which is a name for a dog. Think about when they are 14-18 and coming into their own, starting to date, and they have this history on YT of them in diapers, having meltdowns, that other children do not have. I think you need to be more pro active parents and boys given toy guns should be taught to shoot at targets only, not people. The TV is always on and that is a shame too. I thought good channel content would have been Megha's health struggles, her blood work, her diagnosis and her efforts to get well. If you are going to eat so many carbs and sugar why not list the sugar/carb content and start measuring your blood to show the higher insulin and pre-diabetes? That would be good channel content as well. As an advocate for your children, please give them the privacy they deserve.

You allow your son to shoot at his parents and brother? It may be a toy, but it still hurts. Boundaries, rules and structure are really important. (Like if Mom and Dad are talking, you don't interrupt (unless it's an emergency. ) If you are saying that they are both SO smart, then it's all the more reason to make sure that they are corrected when they do something inappropriate. This was hard to watch....and again, it's disappointing that you both have apparently bailed out on Keto/carnivore... you spent a number of years "selling" it and now you've abandoned it. I guess it made you the money and position you wanted in the RUclips world. (By the way...the LMNT you promote that you tell everyone is delicious isn't. The chocolate ? I can't imagine any child enjoying it...and since I purchased a box of it and got the free sample pack, I have been able to drink other flavors too. So far none of them were anything to write home about. The flavor is extremely weak, and the high cost isn't worth it.

Does Matt check his blood sugars after drinking OJ and eating higher carb foods and honey? I'm curious to know if doing the keto diet for so long keeps his blood sugar from spiking? If his blood sugar starts spiking with this new eating style, will he go back to full on low carb/keto again?

I agree with not being Keto 24/7 forever. I was Keto and my body Stopped liking it completely. I would love for you to delve into more of the differences in Keto for men vs women. I’ve realized it’s just NOT the same for both. Women’s hormones are crazy and mess with us sooo much!! Almost All the studies are done on men! Not fair!! Would love Matt to read a book about that and comment!!

These two have lost their way....I thought this a long time ago. I remember them opening their fridge and cupboards..Full of Keto junk food. This was never true Keto. Now they are eating high carb foods. I feel that they have let many people who followed them down. They had full of Keto junk food that normal avarage joe could not afford. On Keto you do not need all that. I have been on Keto for over 5 years. Constantly advertising for companies. They have sold their soul for money.
I don’t know that all the keto junk food was due to selling their souls for money. I think they were sent all that and they just never cooked anymore except for eggs, out of laziness and being tired.
Neither are eating or pushing keto anymore so they really should change their channel name. Not doing so IS about the money. I don’t mind them not being keto, because I think they’re learning that it’s not healthy. Their junk food version especially was not healthy.
