Mr Baras gets Banished from the Empire. Lord Xi'thari is recognised officially as the Emperor's Wrath by the Dark Council. Automatically is Promoted to Darth.
P.S This was supposed to be a 14:00 Upload. But RUclips had a different plan for me. It ruined my video once so i had to upload it again .So after battling with its processing system for 6 hours i was finally able to upload this video.
Star Wars The Old Republic - Sith Warrior

And this is the unfortunate end of Darth Baras the wide
If I ever need a smile, I'll imagine him walking with the wide walk theme
@@Garmagic2yFhenrakh9 I love both of your comments. Truly wise in the meme side of the Force.
he was so wide
Darth Baras the Wide, famed disciple of the legendary Darth Bri'inks Turakk.
It's not a story the personal trainer would tell you
Darth Marr will always be the greatest member of the Dark Council in my opinion. One who truely understood the dark side of the force and did not let it become a chain that bound most Sith that think they are free when their Darker nature has chained them.
Then IMO darth Imperius (light sided inquisitor) is the greatest member of the council.
@@theslayer5978 no Darth Occlus is superior
@@theslayer5978 Imperius isn't canon. Nox is
he was evil,, interesting to watch like Vader was, but, evil
@@Anonymus-ws4xo Who gives a fuck about canon? Imperius is still legitimate choice.
Personally, my favorite response to Baras "The Master shall grant the slave death" is the wonderfully acted "I was never, nor shall I ever be, your Slave"
6:03 "I will NEVER relent! You shall all succumb to ME!!!"
*proceeds to calmly walk out with the guards*
and with Baras defeated for a second time, all I have left to say is: that lightsaber of yours CANNOT be up to regulations. Looks as likely to stab yourself with it as it is with your enemies
Miracle it makes it through customs
What regulations?
It is actually. A normal lightsaber can have up to 3 vents; one in the hilt and two for a crossguard
@@privateuser3726 The space OSHA regulations
Gotta love that Tremel still has both his hands.
"The Dark Side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... unnatural."
Probably got a replacement. You know how Star Wars works.
I just assume it's a prosthetic
@@MrTitaniumFerrous Idk, you can clearly see it looks exactly like a normal hand.
Both Anakin and Luke prosthetics were just a metal hands with gloves on. And Anakin was the chosen one, it isn't like he couldn't afford a realistic prosthetic (If that exists). And I think it would be very unlikely to an exiled Sith to get a realistic prosthetic that not even one of the most important people in the galaxy could have.
@@CaetanoAmadeu Tremel has gloves on.
Got to love after all that hype
Player at 63
And Baras at 10
Honestly it went down like an actual fight between a 10 year old and a 63 year old
Apparently it use to be that Bares was a level 60
@History Tank It used to be that Baras was 50 and your level was scaled down in that instance to make him truly a challenge...
But then BioWare implemented that planet level scaling system which robbed the challenge out of ANY fight that wasn't on the level 50 one.
@@kuronanestimare It "used to be" that there was no scaling at all. There have been numerous changes on that over the years.
0:43 *"If I am to die, it should be face-to-face with my greatest enemy"*
Pretty heroically badass, ngl
And he become an Outlander
2:40 Wrath choking Baras who’s choking Quinn
Just Sith things. Would be fun if Quinn started to Choke Wrath tho.
Choke chain.
It's a circlechoke.
@@hasogon That single act raised the age rating of Vowrawn's holorecording of the fight
A Tattooine Choke-Off
It's a shame that level-scaling makes the sith final bosses pretty easy since they used to actually be pretty hard back in the day.
I agree i remember struggling when i first started (playing years ago) but came back to this game recently made new account (coz lost old one) and not being even in chapter 2 i have 70 lvl character xD
@@gulox8241 with the double xp boost im at the 2nd planet after you get you ship with my sith warrior and already lvl 70
@@maxaudet5177 I was rushing through main quests if i did every quest maybe i would have too.
Thanaton was a hard haaaard fight for me back in the day...course I was trash though so that probably didn't help
I despise any sort of level scaling in MMOS, challenge is part of the fun. Convenience ruins fun.
The fact that it is even possible to spare Baras is mind blowingly dumb given how dangerous he is. The man can beat most sith in a 1vs1 and he had a massive galaxy wide network of spies and people who own him favors, he'd be off his banishment planet or prison in a few weeks and then he could cause a lot of damage to the empire with his knowledge as a former council member.
He is exposed as a traitor and a fraud. He is now enemy of the empire cut of from resources so his spies will leave him just as people who own him favors will most likely report him to the Empire, and will be free from those favors by making sure Baras is disposed by Empire.
If you spare him he is encountered again on nathema
He probably won't survive a second time.
Yeah, even roleplaying as a lightside (or just a practical) Sith I tend to just kill him. There's no path to redemption for that man, nor will his continued life ever be useful to me. If he is ever encountered again it will be him acting against us and our efforts in revenge, and he's far from a spring chicken, I doubt he'd become any more of a challenge than he was here, so there's no reason to treat him like Goku treated Vegeta and keep him alive for a future challenge.
The shame of his defeat won't allow that to happen. If his supporters now realize there is nothing he can do and he is powerless to come to them directly due to his banishment, they won't be afraid to leave him alone. Granted, not all his support will be gone but after a humiliation like this, the image of a sith without political or personal power is quick to make traitors out of their followers.
My favorite insult that I didn’t know existed
“Don’t mock me, fop!”
Sorry guys, for some reason RUclips was not cooperating with me and did not want me to post this video today, it ruined it once and i had to upload it a second time, then it processed the video for 6 hours...
clearly, darth Baras's machinations at work, one last time
audio cuts out in the last minute for a bit too
@@floricel_112 he can only blame himself, he shoud have killed Baras when he had the chance.
Are you using RUclips as a part time or full time job?
6:45 ooooof.....looks like it's not the end of your technical difficulties
Baras' VA really went all out in this scene. "Vengeance shall be mine" always give me chills
And so the saga of the light sided pureblood sith ends. Or does it?
A pity the lightsided siths will never interact.
We don’t know yet. The Legacy of the Sith may address that. I have two LS Sith I’m taking through that expansion
There are the Expansions
I'd like to see them.
Will never appear in canon or Legends continuity
hold on just a moment: overseer Tremel but NOT my homeboy Rathari?.....what have you done to my baby boy?
i believe i told him to just go , and stay away from me
I think one of the best things about watching your light side sith videos is that most of them have him walking into a scene. Make it look like he’s just a wandering ronin, going off to confuse as many people as possible.
I love how you waited for him to strike first, like you promised.
I love the idea of the light side Sith, in Jungian terms it’s having complete control over your shadow. They are just perfectly individuated.
Which also plays into the experience at Tatooine for both LS or DS warriors. They are faced with the mirror image of what they could be and they either accept it or reject it.
I love the way he just stands there, casually taking the lightning.
Baras: Can you feel your grip on life slipping?
Player: 🗿
"I will never succumb!"
proceeds to go quietly with the guards
ah yes, after becoming a darth, the celebratory jumping over and over again.
Well, joy is a kind of passion, so it's okay for a Sith, right?
I like it how Marr is just sitting there, deadpan. Vowrawn probably wished he'd brought some popcorn.
All of the council probably had a blast watching Baras get wrecked
One major thing I love about the warrior storyline is that you get to experience how a Sidous/Vader teachings would work in the Old Rebubllic world and makes you emphasize with Vader since you know he does not have any chance to regain his freedom like the warrior has.
I love it when a plan comes together
I like how even at this early stage, Marr was kind of skeptical / nonchalant about following the Emperor, going on about how the Emperor's Wrath did have ultimate authority but he _would_ challenge the Wrath if their objectives conflicted with the Dark Council's. For a while he may have viewed the Emperor as the supreme leader of the Sith but he has always been for the Empire itself first and foremost.
The jumps for joy at the end kill me
God DAMN do I love this game's story lines
really loved these piles of clips showcasing the LS sith, i wish that a tv series or a movie explored the idea of a sith that acted like this as its very interesting to see the hypocritical reactions from jedi and the general dislike of the normal mustache twirling sith villains from their own kin.
yeah, who would have thought that characters with nuance were interesting?
HE USED YOUR OPENER AGAINST YOU
Like master, like apprentice.
Vincent D'Onofrio, the actor who played Kingpin in the Netflix Daredevil series, would make a perfect Darth Baras.
Love that Thanaton is there aswell, gives us an idea of the timeline.
I can just imagine the future conversation between the wrath and the dark council all right:
-Sooo, about that "light" side of yours...
-Yes tell me?
-Have you ever tried you know... not to be good with people
-This is who I am I just cannot change it!
-I'm sorry wrath you have to understand it is... hard... for us to deal with it...
😂
This is my favorite character of yours to date. I'm sad to see his story end. I hope we see him again if you play the expansions etc.
Darth "I will die trying to slaughter the emperor in his throne room" Marr here not provoking the emperor for once.
Marr was loyal to the Empire. At this point in time he was still working under the misconception that the Emperor was as well.
Meanwhile some Jedi knight: „Leme just murder the emperor really quick...“
Oh, this shit's funny!
Baras: *chokes Quinn*
Wrath: OI! STOP THAT! *chokes Baras*
I played a light side sith warrior but I still killed barras
I did too
It’s hard not to. Especially since keeping him alive makes literally zero sense
Not really. I sent him to outer rim too. He surfaced again during Nathema where he was trying to get his revenge. Funnily enough he was so dumb that he got used as a host/vessel to wake up the machine god. Honestly just for that it was worth not ending him. I thought he could reform in the outer rim but well… some never learn from their ways.
@@twingems5332 Actually a very fitting punishment. Death would be a blessing that he does not deserve.
@@m3tr0id86 Yeah but you gotta admit that he had a thing for torture and failure, lmao! What a shame I was expecting some huge comeback.
3:21 darn. Should've pressed 3 but that's just me
I will never forget my first fight with Baras... I was preparing like hell😂
The council acting as it does reminds me of the klingons with quark.
It's always at the best moments that the audio kicks out.
Whoever designed the Dark Council Chambers and the Guards did a good job.
I'd banish him to Myrkr. Let's see how "powerful" he is without the use of the Force.
I bet that's the planet the guy had in mind, if I'm right in my assumption that it has something about it that "jams" Force usage
@@keeganlafferty1395 Pretty much. One of the local lifeforms creates a field around themselves to remove the Force from the local area. Also there is at least one Force sensitive predatory species on the planet.
Honestly im surprised killing him wasnt the light side option. Is it really better for him to waste away on the far corner of the galaxy until he either dies or worms his way back rather than granting him a quick death? I know the jedi stand against dismemberment in most cases, but relieving him of his head in one strike was surely more merciful than leaving him to wherever another (much more dark) member of the Sith Council would have him sent to for the rest of his days? On top of that, what if he found power wherever he was? He’s still a Sith Lord, maybe he gets sent somewhere and discovers an innocent indigenous population that he twists to the dark side and forms a cult that comes back to kill however many more innocents. Leaving him alive and putting him somewhere far away just seems like the worst option in so many ways, but if you’re trying to do the right thing and follow the light side path, its the only thing you can do as far as the game is concerned. Just seems like a very odd choice is all
So where does the force lead our light side sith next?
expansions maybe , gotta save the galaxy 17 more times i think
@@georgigs by the time you take em through that slog it will be 20 :) i mea kotfe kotet can be legthy and annoying not to mention the expansions before it then theres onslaught so...
@@georgigs am I the only one who hears odd periodic bouts of scilence during thisvid?

Imagine if on the lightside choices, the Sith characters would try and convince the other Sith that it is actually a dark side action, so as to hide his light side.
For example, if the Dark council started questioning the character here for not being "Wrathy" enough, he could just say that it is worse than death to have Baras live in his failure. Otherwise it seems kinda akward to have a Sith claiming to be the Wrath of the Emperor incarnate and just show mercy like that to a personal enemy, and just walk away without an explanation.
Still really cool o see a Sith do this.
having your videos popping in and out of my recommended is always nice, thank you for making this content, i do enjoy seeing someone else playing this game again.
If you kill him, you do so be putting your lightsaber hilt up to him and activating it, which looks hilarious if you're using a sword and not a lightsaber.
Wow, imagine the productivity if Sith leaders were light sided.
2:42 that slap was personal
3:53 - That moon walk though. :D
Instead of saying I would aid the council, it would more be to the degree of. "If the emperor wills it".
"I will never relent!" Said Baras before calmly walking away with the guardsmen.
i dont know if its just me but Vowrawn's last speech is muted from 6:49 to 7:06. just checked the comments and saw that you already know this
Yep, I noticed it too.
• I would have made him spend time with his sister, pretty sure she would be nagging him for failing. 😆
I didn’t know you could spare Tremel I offered to spare him but he just told me to finish him off and gave me no other choice
Darth Baras was Uncle Fester all along!!!😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Pretty impressive how he can just back hand you across the room.
that slap to Quin at the end. XD
Due to George GS audio cut off videos. That aren't going good. I apologize for your concern. No copyright claims. We thank you not allowed this video to be copied. We appreciate your honesty.
you failed the rules of the sith. you did not kill your master. we will not grand your the rang of dark lord..... however you ar still the wrath......sooooooo yeaaaaaah same end.....
4:19 epic baras moment
Lol my Juggernaut and Jaesa wrecked that Shit Lord.
Rimuru vs clayman moment
when you jump you flap your wings. fly graceful bird
Languish indeed, Baras could stand to lose some weight.
And so ends the rant of Darth Baras the Wide
Korriban's level cap makes Baras and Thanaton a cake walk. IMO they need to go back and fix all the main story bosses to be difficult no matter what level you are.
The cake is a lie, there is only pie...
Jumping for Joy hahaha
I would too.
*exits stage FRONT*
I need this game.
A true noble and honor sith
Tremel is now claimed as a Sith Lord.
Sygma pureblood sith faces the evil bald in a trial by combat to get his revenge, but frees the Empire from the bizarre hegemony of the "SEGA Pirate Channel" instead.
did he just unironically say "epic" lmfao
nice fractured bogan lightsaber! i just bought one about a week ago. love em!
5:35 he really reminds me of kenobi
Great vid Georgi, time for Baras to face his fate.
3:54 a smooth criminal
(0.25x speed)
I remember when this fight was tough
What play through is next?👀
Here lies the tomb of Darth Donut, banished in shame in the name of the Emperor.
finally it's time to end such an em "Baras" sing stain on the empire
Vowran would get allong so well with my inquisitor
The former master is more like Darth Chungus
To be fair, SWTOR players now will never understand the struggle that facing Darth Baras back before they changed it so your stats matched the planet not your level.
Back when the level cap was 50 and Baras had 3 times the HP he does now.
It's to easy now which while still satisfying to beat him, it feels a little tainted due to it lacking the original struggle.
I remember having to ask for help the first time as no matter what I did I couldn't beat him unlike now it's roughly two or three button presses.
Thanaton was a force to be reckoned with
Darth tubby the boomer. Fell a lot easer then I rember. Fitting as he stole my COOKIES!!!!!!!!
Baras was such a meme, pity he had to die such an ordinary death. Oh well, enough of that momentary lapse of judgement, now onto the matter of the Sith Empire's social media dominance against the Republic.
this boss fight was no joke back at launch with no lvl scaling lmao
That slap to Quinn gave me a god laugh
WAIT you can actually spare Overseer Tremel I always killed him assumed that Baras would have found him anyway
What a fun journey it's been 😘
Long live Darth Xi'thari !
Fun fact, if you told Rathari to serve you on Nar Shaddaa he will also be present with Tremel for the scene
2:06
lol, never claimed to be the wrath
Both sides of the force are necessary to master to master one's self.
Might wanna work on your Audio capabilities because it cuts out sound in certain parts of your video.
Ooh, I didn't know Tremel showed up here. My warrior was LS but she killed Tremel because she thought his obsession with blood purity was bad for the Sith empire
