      You are totally right he advertising but here in RUclips already you can get the best workout ever just need to follow your body reaction by the time and you can get really in a very good shape with him. Just remember everybody is different and need time and dedication.

      Same man I'm in high school and my parents can't afford the gym. I have a 20 pound dumbell and I need a better way to exercise. This channel is a blessing.

      @@gideonzeru7186 I wasn’t doing this workout solely for 2 months. I have been watching Chris’s other workouts and lost weight over 9 months between 2020-2021. I then started doing this to maintain and lean up.
