You are totally right he advertising but here in RUclips already you can get the best workout ever just need to follow your body reaction by the time and you can get really in a very good shape with him. Just remember everybody is different and need time and dedication.

@@gideonzeru7186 I wasn’t doing this workout solely for 2 months. I have been watching Chris’s other workouts and lost weight over 9 months between 2020-2021. I then started doing this to maintain and lean up.
His programs work so well and the results are exactly how he says it just so GOOOOOOD!!! Theres always a workout to look forward to. 💪
